Umbilical Hernia Belt, Abdominal Binder, Navel Truss with Removable Bandage, Support Wrap (Size 1)

I use it to keep the area protected when I exercise whether its running, cycling, gym work etc and so far its working just fine. Strong and functional, make sure you don't order it too big as it will stretch a lot as you move especially if your moving dynamically. The only thing I don't like is the colour which doesn't look good if your top rides up during exercise. Ideally black or dark blue would look a lot less like a beige belly band and more like some cool training accessory!

Good quality item. It certainly does what it claims: after 2 operations on recurring Umbilical Hernias; I couldn't face a 3rd, so bought this belt to help. I now can complete a full days manual work without pain!Only complaint: there is little overlap in the 2 sizes, so if you have a 34" waist the small size is quite tight and the large is just a little loose. The elastic does tend to "ride" and "ruck" with heavy exertion, making it a little uncomfortable; but this is a small price to pay for the absence of pain

I have worn it for a few hours only, and so far it has given great support. It looks like a good product. I wish the instructions included comments on the removable bandage, as I am afraid if it might be sore if pressed right into the belly button.

If near the top size of smaller belt then get the bigger one

you can see it through the cloths. a bit disappointing. maybe I was expecting too much.
