Breathing Pebble is amazing! Was having extreme anxiety while taking a round of steroids and started cruising anxiety relief products. There are a few for 1/2 the price but I purchased this one because it offers 3 separate breathing techniques. Took a second to relax into the guided breathing but once I got the hang of it and began relaxing I found it invaluable. Off steroid meds now and have incorporated into my daily meditation. The lights and options allow immediate focus to drop into a meditative state. Company provides an array of options for stress relief products. Based on this purchase I’d say they’ve done their homework

Love this little squishy soft zen rock so much that I purchased another for a family member that has a high stressed job! It actually looks much cooler in person so I’m glad I ordered the very first one with an “I’ll return it if I if I don’t like it” mentality lol I use it in the tub as a soft nightlight and the lil’ splashes of water haven’t affected it so far. It’s cordless and powers up with a basic C shaped usb cord that’s provided. I’ve charged it once since I got it a few weeks ago and it’s still going. I use it once or twice a week while soaking, I haven’t used it while taking a shower yet so I don’t know if that would short it out (if it did I would probably replace it right away because it’s so cool and serves its purpose well). Oh and there’s even a little chart on the bottom that explains how many button clicks will make it change colors and blink or not!

Got this to help breathe through stress at work. I like to keep it running where I can see it out of the corner of my eyes while working. It's cute and functional, what more could I ask? Only bummer, the battery life is short, I have to keep it plugged in for it to continue working.

My daughter and I both suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. We bought this to go in our “panic kit” that we pull out when we’re having anxiety or at the beginning of a panic attack to keep it from escalating further. It’s a little bigger than what I thought it would be, and soft and smooth to the touch. It has two different breathing options, comes with a usb cord for charging, and the colors are bright enough to see during the day or at night. It’s been a lifesaver.

I love these! It’s great quality and functional. I have been using this in my therapy practice for the last 6 months, and so many of my clients love to utilize it - kids too! It’s very soft and you can hold it right in your hands.

Looks nice if you leave it on one color, but in the breathing exercise mode, the colors change abruptly rather than changing gradually from one to the next. It would be more relaxing if the colors changed slowly, in my opinion.
