Taste is craveable.
This miso paste is delicious and filled with umami taste. It will elevate any ramen soup 🍲😋 to an addictive new level. So easy to use, just spoon in a small amount, e.g. 1/4 teaspoon per serving of soup. Quality & size are substantial & shelf life is great since it's a fermented product. Try it once & you'll be hooked for life.

Very good
So far, I've only been adding this to one of my breakfast items - it has enough sodium so I don't need to add table salt for seasoning. It doesn't have a strong flavor but is noticeable enough to make a taste difference. It doesn't overpower any other ingredient - just enhances.

Miso paste red, inexpensive
This is great tasting Miso. I like how it has so much flavor compared to white miso. I wish it was organic. It is a good value.
