GuzziniG2300.05/22 Cutlery, Stainless_Steel, Gray

This is a neat little pastry/dessert fork, from the GUZZINI FEELING COLLECTION, now getting harder to find, in my experience.~ Stainless Steel~ Acrylic Handle Colour: DARK GREY~ Guzzini 18/10 embossed on one sideComes sleeved in a plastic-type wrap.Approximate size based on my own:The steel runs the length of the fork, which is 15.5 cm overall of which 8 cm is the handle. The shaped acrylic handle is 1 cm wide at the widest part.At its widest, the actual fork is 2 cm and although it doubles up with an edge that can easily attack pastry, meringue etc.I have used Villeroy & Boch pastry forks for years. By direct comparison, this GUZZINI fork is more streamlined and slightly heavier. It also sits flatter and has a more modern look, IMO.Easy to clean by hand, although it should be noted that the prongs are sharp!Dishwasher safe.
