I got this for my Dad for Christmas and he loves it! He’s a “snowbird” himself who travels to FL for the winter months, but installed this on his deck in upstate NY. The lands behind his house are protected and considered a bird sanctuary so this is a fun little gadget for him! He can monitor it via the app and he sends me pictures everyday.As far as I can tell, there were no grievances with setup, but he’s pretty savvy with gadgets like this. The pics are clear and it notifies you when you have a visitor. I knocked off 1 star because I wish it was a little more chic looking, but overall I would definitely buy again. My sisters and I all agree that this was a good investment for him! :)

I bought this as a gift for my husband. It took about a day for us to get some birds, but now we're getting them and it's awesome! He gets very excited every time he sees a bird come whether its the same bird or a new one! Love it!

Purchased as a gift. Box arrived unsealed , contents looked to all be there, but was definitely used. Packaging was opened. Had to do a test run. All seems to work though.
