Carhartt Men's Midweight Synthetic-Wool Blend Sock 2 Pack

I bought a pair of these years ago because I needed a thicker sock for my boots. I wear a size 15 normally, but in my boots the 15 is just a little bigger. The socks took up the slack and made my boot fit properly. I wore these for years before they finally got too thin in the heel. I ordered 5 more pair here and to my surprise each pack had 2 pairs each. The wording in the description was not clear if it was 2 socks (making a pair) or 2 pairs of socks so I was pleasantly surprised to find it was 2 pairs. These socks are very durable as I have worn them for every day for years. You wont find a better built sock in my opinion

Great mid weight boot sock comfy and good value. The wash well not much pilling. I have a narrow heel these help a bit.

The packaging is the worst I've ever seen, bad enough to lose 1 star. Good luck getting them unpackaged without ripping or cutting the socks.Here is my review of the socks, if you can get them unpackaged without damage:I already love them enough to leave a highly positive review, and buy more! They're tight, but not too tight. They're warm, but not too warm. They're thick, but not too thick.They're pretty close to perfect.

Socks were very warm and comfortable, stayed up well. I'm very pleased with them.

If all wool socks you could buy, these are the best, period. I’ve got drawers and boxes of socks I’ve tried and didn’t like. Definitely buying more and replacing what I have with these.
