This is a great product and tool for your health

Bach is a very reputable brand for tinctures. I have taken several of their products in the past, and this one tastes so nice compared to what they normally offer. It has a light floral/fruity taste. The bottle is small and easy to take with. I am not 100% sure if it actually makes a difference, but I like it regardless.

I like these small bottles of Bach remedies. They are easy to take on the go in a purse or to take a bunch with you when you travel. You only need to use a few drops at a time, so this bottle does last despite it's small size. I can't say if this homeopathic remedy actually works or of it's the placebo effect, but frankly, if you feel you get results, then that is all that matters.

Homeopathy gently works with your body and helps to rebalance. Like a seesaw roo far one side is how it is when someone is stressed. Taking a couple drops of Elm in the water bottle helps to rebalance those agitated kr stressed or worried emotions allowing for better focus.Used this for competitive sport and really helped with mental focuses and quieting the mind.Easy to take with no taste when placed in sport bottle ofnwater. Can add to other drinks too like electrolytes. 👍
