This cat scratcher was bought because our orange cat was tearing up the floor carpet on our staircase. Usually once he's locked in on scratching something, he'll never stop. With this scratching post, the texture emulates carpet, but let's them stretch their entire body. If you're not a fan of drilling holes, don't worry! You can hang it using various methods. Personally, I chose simple nails, and they seem to do a great job on various wall surfaces. Overall, I can highly recommend this angular scratching post. It's functional, easy to install, and simply a necessity for any cat owner.

Bought this for the corner of my couch. It did not stay up works better on hard surfaces. I put it on the floor and the cats love it and no longer scratch the couch so it does the job.

This is seriously trash. Like, I am all for reusing scrap material, but this was so poorly put together that a cat would have torn it in half trying to use it. There also is no feasible way to conveniently mount it to the wall.

My cats took to it immediately. The fact that it covers a corners lets them choose a side based on their proclivity. Have it close to their eating station which seems more attractive!

My cats were destroying a column in my home. I put this up and they aren’t interested. The found another wall to scratch instead.

This was the perfect thing to stop our cats from scratching on our new couch! We will be purchasing another one!
