I went to try this supplement and it is straight alcohol. Not suitable for people in recovery. I had to dump the entire bottle down the drain as it is not eligible for returns. Waste of $30.

I bought this product for my son who is non verbal. I didn’t see any result.

I have had very positive results with citicoline in general, but had to stop taking the pills because they caused severe acid reflux for me over a few months time. This was very frustrating for me, but I was grateful to find this product because the liquid version does not cause nearly as much acid reflux. In general, the effects are less pronounced than the effects from a similar dose in pill form, but I can still feel the increase in focus and I like being able to take it sublingually because it kicks in very quickly.

very helpful to keep the brain activity young. recommended fro anybody , especially if affected by neurological issues .

Helps me with focus especially when I'm tired

Buying supplements is a lot of work. It's made worse by companies like this one, who group "Blueberry Extract" under "Citicholine".Sorry, bluberry extract is NOT Citicholine. So we actually have no idea who much Choline is actually inside!I'm surprised this is even allowed, it's essentially mislabelling.

I had heard of but never tried citicoline before but since I've heard a lot of good things about it I wanted to give it a try. Taking it is easy to do as it's a liquid and it just goes under the tongue which is one of the reasons I like it. Another reason I like it is because it's actually made in the USA which doesn't happen too much.Taking this for a few days I didn't notice anything at all. After about a week I did start noticing something happening but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. I didn't really notice an energy boost but I could notice a difference in my focus. I could tell I was able to focus more on my work and just about everything I'd do. What I felt was a clear head and clear focus. After that first week I found that I would have a lot more focus on doing any mental tasks. It's a very unique experience but something that I really like because it's not a huge energy peak then crash like most energy drinks. Best way I could explain it would be a clear focus.The only thing I don't care for too much is the taste. It's not something I particularly like but it's only 11 drops in a serving so at least it's not an actual drink. They do say on their listing that you can mix it with something else to make it easier to take.
