I wanted a medium weight collar with trailing lead attachment and this was a reasonable price. Collar was generous in length so no issues with that, plastic buckle didn’t melt upon testing, which was a bit surprising. Where it fails the quality test is the trailing lead attachment point. It’s pot-metal and is a weak point and will fail. Seems a shame since the construction and other materials are of sufficient quality. Wonder how much an aluminum part would have been. Sewing was precise and not sloppy. I would not use this collar on a soft skinned dog like a greyhound, webbing is quite hard. Velcro lining was sewn in flat and while the thread appears to be quality. At some point in the near future the Velcro will detach and there will be issues. Just a few changes and this collar could be a great item, as it is now it’s only good.

First off, I measured my dog's neck with a strap; then, I measured the strap. I ordered the proper size and it fit accordingly.As for the quality, the nylon is a little stiff, but seems strong enough. My dog seems to like it and doesn't bite or chew on it, so it's difficult to know how it would hold up to serious abuse.For $20, I think it's a decent value. We'll see what happens...

These are nice high quality collars. The only complaints I have is that the edges fray after a week (still work great just doesn't look as nice). The materials are heavy duty and the powder coating is a great touch. There are so many total junk collars on the market, but these are not that way. My heavy pit and choc lab both wear them and I'm very happy.

The medium was larger than expected, so I had to return it.Not a fit for Basenji or other sh-medium (small-medium) dogs breeds.The width of the collar was also a little too thick. The 1.5inch width might be good for XL size collars, but not for medium size. The proportions are strange.Well constructed from quality materials.

Collar looks great and everything, but it only took about a week for the leash buckle to break. Just too thin of cheap pot metal. Its been on my GS for about a month now. Id say in about another month it will probably be ready for the trash. Stitching is starting to come apart at certain spots. For a smaller dog is woukd probably be fine for a while.

Nice collar. good size. looks good. The handle has come in very handy. I would recommend this for all large dogs.3 month update: HOWEVER, when this gets wet the Velcro doesn't stick that well and if the dog pulls hard can make it unstick and slide off his/her head.

Extremely cheaply made.Single stitching on on hard points that will fail quickly. Uncomfortable, scratchy Velcro directly on the dog’s neck. Flimsy handle and lead attachments.Buy this collar if you want the (half-assed) look of some of the legit collars out there, with none of the quality.

I liked this dog collar a lot. However, it took my dog about a week to a week and a half to break it. The leash loop snapped clean off so i had to something new for him.

I purchased this dog collar exactly one month ago, and this is how it looks today. This is poor quality stitching and metal, it is not worth the price.

Loved these collars! One was a little tight on one of my dogs but he gained a little weight, which we are working on, but they look great on them and are so functional!

Love the collar, it's exactly what I expected, it fits my german Shepherd perfect! I would definitely buy again!
