I love this small town romance. This story was captivating, intriguing, beautiful, and emotional. Hailey just arrive at the ranch to stay until she gets on her feet. She has a troubling past. Hailey is sweet, kind, beautiful,and smart. She is trying to keep her head down when she is offer a job. That is when things get interesting. Bradley is a cowboy. He is moody, sexy, fun, and smart. He is still dealing with his past. He is a good friend and man too. He is good at what he does. The writing was done beautifully and flows throughout the story. It's my first time reading from this author and A.K. did an excellent job! Amazing work A.K. MacBride!

The story drew me in. The characters are well built and easy to connect to. It was angsty, emotional, and sweet. Their dynamic was magnetic and I could not get enough. All the aspects felt natural and flowed smoothly.

This was good sweet read. It took a bit of time to get where you wanted and then everything moved quick at the end but still good if you hang in there.

Heartbroken, grief-stricken Hailey meets a sad heartbroken cowboy named Bradley. Together they work to overcome their pasts to begin a future...together with Love.
