Improves function, not just cosmetics
Pros- >Comes with extra adhesive layers in case you mess up their application. >Back button grips make the Steam Deck feel so much better, and stable in my hands--your fingers have a place to fit into and rest. Like it's less likely to slip out of while holding it. >The buttons actually feel easier to press since your finger does not slip at all on them. It feels like it removes the 'squish' of button presses, ironically, since you are adding rubber to them. >Textured pattern was a great improvement versus a smooth surface. I do not see them causing blisters since the texture easily gives to any pressure, and feel very natural. Cons- >Not the easiest application process. Removing the adhesive backing, aligning the pad into to curve of the back buttons, and also making them straight and even, was a bit much. But like I said, they give you extras. >They only provide 1 cleaning pad for all 8 buttons. Potential problems- >The edges of the pads for the triggers and bumpers seem like they could peel up easily over time, or if you picked at them. They are not very sticky compared to the back buttons adhesive layer. >My fear is that I will lose a pad somehow, but I have no reason to think this. They are very sturdy--I just do not want to buy a whole kit again if I lose just 1. I 100% recommend this if you feel the back buttons are difficult to press or a little out of comfortable reach for you. Would definitely buy again if unless the fall off on their own in the next few months.

Sound investment. Great feel on finger placement.
Awesome placement for fingertips for buttons under side. install easy and quick. Only the used the button did not use the R1 or L1 button grips they seemed a bit poor quality adhesive and would come off easily. Also think not necessary anyways. thank you. Showed them a couple friends and they plan on getting them as well.

Improved game experience and good price.
It's a great way to customize your SD. The pack includes 2 different sizes to fit your needs. It was easy to install the extra grips. I did use tweezers when placing the adhesive as well as use a hair blower to warm it up a bit. So far the quality of the grip buttons are holding up after a month. I have had no issues with the coming off.

Buttons feel nice
Easy to install and they give you a bunch of extra adhesive strips and the rubber is a good quality rubber so It should hold up to your gaming sessions

Easy, and comfy mod for the Steam Deck, especially if you feel the Steam Deck is slightly too big.
Easy to install and has a great feel. Totally worth it and has breathed new life into my Steam Deck comfort-wise. For those who find the Steam Deck a bit too big, this will give you a noticeable better grip on it. It also makes the back buttons easier to press. This should have been implemented on the original design as of those buttons seem to far, leaving you with an awkward grip if you use these buttons frequently. Installing these has made it much easier to access these buttons, has made holding the unit in almost any setting enjoyable and has cut fatigue down significantly.

Look closely at which color you select
Not what I expected at all. If you look very closely at the different color options you'll notice the blue & white kit has a different shape and texture (honeycomb) than the black, purple and orange kit (hollowed out finger print pattern). At the time, I was debating on the white or black kit and last second before pressing add to cart I changed my selection to black thinking they were the same. These items need different product listing so as to not appear deceiving. I was so disappointed when I recieved my kit from the mail. I'm sure they work great but I wanted the other style and pattern that comes with the white and blue kit, not this one. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning and reordering

Works great, application sucks
I have large hands and found that the back buttons on my steam deck were too shallow to use comfortably most of the time. I used the smaller grip attachments and they make it SO much more comfortable, I can actually use the back buttons regularly now. Unfortunately, putting them on was a major pain. I read that the adhesive was separate from the rubber pieces in another review, but I didn't think it was a big deal since I'm not too bad at lining things up. The problem is that the adhesive strips don't stick to the rubber. Not even a little bit. I'd recommend applying the adhesive to the buttons on your deck first and then the rubber pieces on top of that, because trying to put the adhesive on the rubber first was an impossible task. I'd peel one side of the adhesive off, apply it to the rubber and then rub it to get rid of air bubbles and the like, but no matter how hard I pressed or how long I rubbed, when I tried to peel the cover for the other side of the adhesive, it'd come up from the rubber. This made placing it on the buttons really difficult, and readjusting even more so. Luckily, they seem to stick pretty well once you get them on, though the edges on a couple of them can peel up if you come at them at a weird angle and I have one that's raised a bit due to the adhesive folding over. I'd recommend them as they made the back buttons usable for me, but be aware they're uber annoying to apply.

You Can Actually Reach the Buttons!
I honestly recommend these buttons a lot. Since applying they're so much easier to push in and actually get to when gaming. Valve really made the back and shoulder buttons so slim... The application process is simple and straightforward. Double sided adhesive keeps them in place. You're given multiple sets of the adhesive and two sets of the buttons. But they should stick as long as when you first apply the adhesive you let it sit for a bit. I recommend putting the adhesive on the buttons of the Steam Deck first. Let them sit for a bit. Then use tweezers to peel the other size to then stick the button. Again, stick and let it sit. I held and pushed it on. Obviously don't try to pull them off but they stay perfectly fine on my end! In the event it doesn't stick, fall off or anything - there's more adhesive anyway. Believe me though that they make a difference. Hope this helps!

These are a great addition to your steam deck. They come in a small box in which contains three sets of double sided sticky tape for both the back buttons, the bumper buttons and triggers, the actual button risers, cleaning wipes and instructions. They are very simple to attach to your steam deck with the double sided sticky pads. The only downside I have found is that the sticky pads don't seem to be hugely adhesive and only time will tell if they will stay on. Aside from that, even with the buttons attached to the steam deck, the steam deck manages to be completely closed inside the original case without any excess force. Overall a decent set of button risers.

These rubber add ons for the Steam Deck shoulders and back buttons are overall good quality. The extra height makes the SD easier to play on in my opinion, and the back buttons have a nice groove for your fingers to rest on while playing. Removing the install adhesive was a bit of a pain, and the shoulder and trigger adhesive stickers don't sit flat on the buttons, but once installed everything is secure. If you use the case you received with the SD note that the Deck won't fit with these shoulder and triggers installed, fits just fine if you're only using the back buttons, though

Oh my!!! Game changer indeed! Now I can easily reach for the triggers. This is how they should come by default! Loving these! I read a review saying that were a pain to install them, but it wasn’t hard for me. To peel off the second sticker, twist a bit the flap so the protective film breaks a bit, before trying to peel it off and will come right off.
