Love this thing but a bolt in the bottom center of the machine just fell out, doesn’t seem like it’s necessary, I kept it regardless and still functions fine. Other than that, great quality. Reduces humidity a ton. Emptying is great, I just swing the box right out and into the tub.

You cant want more out of a unit for daily home use. If you live in the southeast and want to dry the house out too prevent bugs and keep from running the a/c this is it! I live in a 150 year old home with 10 foot high ceilings. This will drop my humidity in the largest room from 60 down below 40 in about an hour. A++++

Junk. Like most dehumidifiers of this type, they don't perform as advertised and typically fail right after the warranty expires. I took a gamble on this one and lost.

This is not what I need and I would like to return it.

I first purchased this dehumidifier at the at the beginning of August 2022, after seeing first hand how effective that unit was I went ahead purchased an additional unit at the end of August 2022. Now almost a year later I am happy to report that both dehumidifiers are still in perfect working order. I have them installed in a climate controlled storage facility that's close to 5000 square feet of winding hallways. These two units keep the humidity at or around 50% within the entire building and are able to keep up with the regular temperature shifts from customers using the exterior doors to enter and exit. Even during this summer, which has been exceptionally hot and humid here in the Northeast, these two units continue to keep the humidity at or near 50% at all times. They pull an astounding amount of water out of the air considering the price and the size of the units. I hooked the drain tube for each of these units up their own dedicated "Little Giant" (brand) automatic condensate pump to direct the collected water to the outside of the building. I would highly recommend a similar set up if you do not want to dump the storage tank out every single day because these units are able to fill the onboard water tank in less than 24 hours!

Works great keeps humidity at a low level. Able to use drain line or tank!

Worked great but now won’t collect water after less than a year of limited use. Disappointed for expensive product.

I've bought 2 for my business. We have a lot of humidity in our warehouse and it runs continually with no issues.
