I bought this umbrella to replace my 15 year old umbrella that broke. It seems to work just as well. I hope it lasts as long as my old one. Wide enough to keep the rain off without taking up too much space.

So as I’ve shared before I live in the Pacific Northwest. That means it gets breezy but not “you’re about to relocate to the land of Oz”. Unless you are right at the ocean but that’s another story.I have three kinds of umbrellas I always keep on hand. The first is a small, durable one I keep in my work pack for those days where the weather decides to be impish and use super soakers on you. The second is for emergencies in my vehicle. Usually for moments of you are just parking outside your building and now you need to dash in so isn’t it wonderful the loving husband thought of an emergency umbrella.The third pertains to this one and why I got it. It’s a more dashing one where I go on small walks with my wife and dog and want to keep the elements off us and back onto the ground where it belongs.My first finding on opening this umbrella is that it’s very lightweight. Good for walking around if you don’t need it right away. Opening is a snap. Closing isn’t hard.But I just can’t shake this feeling… It doesn’t seem sturdy enough to be considered ‘wind proof’. It does keep the rain off you, and the stitching of the rain repellant fabric is okay. But the metal arms and pole itself just feels a bit flimsy. Has it broken on me? No… it has not. But it’s also not winter yet. So we will see and then I’ll update.Pros• Lightweight• Easy to carry• Easy to open• Easy to close• Does keep the rain off of youCons• Feels TOO lightweight. Like it might snap in a true breezeOverall, it’s an inexpensive option that looks decent for when I’m out on a walk with my family. But I’m unsure of the durability.

Hello, I bought this umbrella because I liked the look, the color, to keep the sun out my face on vacation, shield from rain and the positive reviews. I recently went to Florida and knew the umbrella would come in handy because of the beaming sun. Well it helped in another huge way. It rained everyday and sometimes with heavy heavy winds. This umbrella never bend backwards like other umbrellas. It stood its ground and kept me dry. I highly recommend it

This was cheaply made. I have hardly used it since my purchase and the mechanism that closes it totally broke off already (disappeared!) (which means I can only use the velcro tab to keep it closed). Also, part of the top (the part that sticks out on top above the canopy) of the long rod which ends in the handle has also broken. I was so hoping it would last longer as I love the size and color! p.s. After I wrote this, all of a sudden, the entire yellow part 'detached' from the top and I could not even close it! I was trying to figure out how to get it home in my vehicle without being able to even close it (as it is large!) and was tweaking around with it and it finally closed! But there does not seem to be any mechanisms left at all on it! Wow! I bought an umbrella in Singapore once in the 1980's and IT still works!

Me encanto, es muy grande y bien hecho. Para lluvia o sol, cualquiera sea tu necesidad. El mango en forma de J es muy practico, se puede colgar en cualquier lado y agarrar con facilidad. El mango ademas de funcional se ve muy elegante.El color es de primera y la cantidad de soportes lo hace resistente y muy elegante.

El artículo no es malo pero siento que no vale lo que cuesta.
