It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s way better than putting tape on my nose. I am able to adjust to it pretty fast and fall asleep just fine, for me the small was way too small and worked itself free, the medium takes some finesse to be effective. If I have any complaint it’s that I wish there was a large.

NOSE INFECTION!!! I have been using the small nose dilator for about a week now. Yes it works to help snoring, it also doesn't come out at night which is excellent. But the inside of my nose has been so swollen I stopped using it and even after that I woke up this morning with a breakout INSIDE my nose. I have never experienced this before my nose is so tender and swollen. I have been following all directions washing the dilator every day drying it then storing it in its case. Im honestly shocked I had this reaction. I have a small camera and putting it my nose it was just so red and irritated. I have a small nose so im not sure if the dilator was just too big.

While this product might work for others, it did not work for me. The small looks to be child size and the medium some what fit but continously fell out. I am will to try out a large if they have it.

I bought these nasal dilators after using nasal strips for a while, hoping they’d be a more sustainable option. At first, I was impressed — they really do open up your nose, making it easier to breathe. They’re fairly discreet and comfortable enough that you could leave them in all day if needed. However, there’s a major issue that kept me from continuing to use them. The dilators rubbed my septum raw to the point of being extremely painful. I tried multiple sizes, hoping it was just a fit issue, but the irritation happened every time. Eventually, I had to stop using them altogether because the discomfort outweighed the benefits. I really like the idea behind this product and believe it could work well for some people, but for me, the irritation was a dealbreaker. TL;DR: Great concept and effective at opening nasal passages, but caused painful irritation with repeated use.

Tried so many things for my partner to stop snoring, including expensive machines. This was one of the best tools so far, very simple but effective. I don’t think there’s any tool out there that completely stops snoring but this got as close as it gets! It’s not super comfortable for him, but also not too uncomfortable, it does make him breathe much better and reduces the snoring which is the main point.

I tried a few times to put this in, and it felt like it was in the way of my nasal passage and blocking any air flow! I put it aside and decided to try another day. I was able to the small size up my nose today! I was able to breathe! Went through my whole shift with it in, and just took it out to blow my nose (allergies) and I was shocked to feel the difference. I highly recommend this item. I’m going to have to buy extra bc I’m sure I’ll end up losing these little things. If you have trouble getting it up there- when you hit the block where it’s not going further and blocking your air try almost twisting it a little. I was afraid I was going to get it too twisted but it popped right in place. Can’t wait to try this at the gym!

This nasal dilator really works well, but fitting it properly is the key to success. You can't just "sling it in" and hope for the best. Stand in front of a mirror and press gently upwards, working on one side then the other until it's fully in. It will be uncomfortable for a couple of minutes but don't despair, it settles in. Result - much improved breathing, great sleep and little or no snoring. Magic.

Non recensisco mai un prodotto, ma trovo che sia necessario farlo in questa situazione perchè avrei voluto leggere questa recensione quando stavo cercando una soluzione per migliorare la respirazione. Recensisco dopo più di una settimana di utilizzo, durante la quale sono successe un po' di cose. All'inizio la sensazione è che si respiri meglio, ed effettivamente la spinta meccanica sulla parete interna della narici fa il suo dovere egregiamente. Il flusso d'aria è nettamente superiore rispetto al normale, soprattutto per chi ha le narici che tendono a collassare su se stesse per via dell'aria che entra nel naso. Anche l'espirazione è favorita, aiutando a eliminare tutta la CO2 accumulata. Il prodotto è davvero leggero e per chi non ha troppe pretese sembra quasi di non averlo, tanto che io lo utilizzo sia di notte che di giorno. Tuttavia, durante i primi tentativi è normale che si crei una leggera irritazione sulle pareti del setto, dato che la leggerissima pressione, se prolungata nel tempo, danneggia lievemente la cute e la mucosa. A ovviare il problema ci sono un paio di soluzioni: la prima è dare tempo al tempo. L'irritazione iniziale scomparirà col passare dei giorni e il corpo si abituerà. La seconda, che in realtà non ho provato, ma che mi sembra ragionevole, è di applicare una modestissima porzione di lubrificante. Tutto sommato è un prodotto economico che mi ha completamente cambiato la vita: la respirazione è molto migliorata (da notare che si può usare anche durante le attività sportive e devo dire che anche qui si sente parecchio la differenza) e benché non sia la cosa più bella e comoda del mondo si presta a evitare operazioni di settoplastica.

Article vraiment efficace ! Dès la mise en place (facile), on sent plus de débit d'air, la respiration est améliorée, et les ronflements disparaissent ! Beaucoup de confort gagné pour le conjoint, et pour soi-même. Je sens que mon sommeil est de meilleure qualité, je me réveille moins fatigué, et je me souviens de mes rêves. Il y a vraiment un avant et un après. Certes, il faut s'habituer un peu au dispositif (ça chatouille un peu parfois), et il arrive qu'on le perde durant la nuit (si on se frotte sur un oreiller), ce n'est pas facile de le retrouver. J'aurais voulu mettre 4,5/5 pour ces raisons, mais c'est un tel confort que je préfère arrondir au supérieur ! Reste à voir combien de temps/combien de nuits il dure, mais je pense que quoi qu'il en soit je ré-achèterai !
