Great for heavy sweaters who suffer cramp
We were recommended this by friends, one of whom is a doctor. She pointed out that although we we regularly replenishing our water loss we weren't doing the same with the nutrients we were loosing. These tablets are great, they dissolve easily, produce a drink that has a pleasant slightly salty/citrus taste. We used them on holiday in Italy and they made sure that we were re-hydrated. I noticed that, as a heavy sweater, I didn't suffer any cramp in my legs or toes even though I was sweating much more than normal. They certainly were effective for me and good value for money.

Newest batch doesn’t mix as well as it used to
I’ve been purchasing this for around 2 years. Until now has been great, however the last batch I received does not mix and dissolve as all others have before it. I’m now being left with big salt grounds in the bottom of the glass that I need to add more water to and swirl hard to get it out.

Go big or go home with a head ache
I was suffering with head aches after runs caused by dehydration, these tablets are a game changer, they taste nice as well no salty after taste tiny bit sweet flavours are nice very drinkable. Now once I’m finished a 10 mile run I can carry on with my day and not on the sofa with paracetamol.
