I had a 3 spool valve block with a pipe broke off in one hole. Expensive part to replace. The old fittings had been in there for decades and were very stuck. I had to use a pipe wrench and a hammer on most of them. The broken one was broke when I got the tractor and it sat here for a few years like this. I really had very little faith this would work. I really thought it would break off and then I would have to weld something to it to get it back out and then wind up drilling out the fitting and hope I could salvage the block. I beat this in, put a wrench on it and actually beat the wrench with a hammer. Much to my surprise it actually worked. I am positive the tapered style easy outs would have broken off. But this didn't. It probably saved me about $500 and a lot of work swapping out the block. This is a great pipe extractor!
