Fits perfectly, works straight away upon fitting. Durability will be determined on how long it lasts. For the price I can't complain as I know this is a common fault with the VW Touran.

Perfect for my Seat Leon Mk2
Perfect replacement for the broken boot latch mechanism on my Seat Leon Mk2Took longer to remove trim around the lock than it did to replace the mechanism itself.Only reason for 4 stars (and not 5) is the 'emergency release' switch is plastic and not metal, that the original Seat OEM mechanism was (but the Seat OEM mechanism is 4 times the cost of this)
