It's perfect, with wide opening.
It's perfect for me, because I make a lot of wine and mead, so I do a lot of mixing and trialling. The only thing I'm a bit apprehensive with, ie if I break the lid, will I be able to get a replacement, in my opinion, the lid is very thin, although it seal's very well, and the large opening makes it ideal for easy cleaning. Would recommend if you are looking for a jar with a wide neck.
