I ordered this set as a gift for a friend who lost everything in a fire. It was easy to assemble (took about a half hour) and it’s super good quality and comfortable. The thick fabric zips off of the cushions for washing which is good as it’s a all white! Ida a really beautiful statement piece and with the ottoman is sturdy enough to use as seating too. I thought it was a good value for how well made it is. She loves it!

We wanted to replace the chair in the living room with a chair that included an ottoman and we got exactly what we was hoping for! It’s the perfect size accent chair. The chair was real comfortable and nice looking.The chair was pretty straightforward and simple to put together overall. The color of the whole chair is lovely and works well with the room. I'm glad I purchased this chair.

It’s a nice size like I wanted. It doesn’t get swallowed up next to the bed. The chair is beautiful. Just buy it, seriously. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Finally I found what I was looking for. This chair by design matches almost exactly to my mom's old furniture pieces. My mom's furniture set is really old, (not really antique value) and her chair is pretty much worn off. I meant to replace it for some time already. And how I was surprised when I found this one here on Amazon. Plus a bonus - an ottoman. The piping detail and the colors are pretty much what I was looking for. The arms and legs are not solid wood, rather kind of a composite material but looks pretty natural and it makes the chair sturdy and stable. The foam seat cushions are pretty comfortable. Not too soft. And the ottoman could be little smaller for my mom's needs but it came with the chair so we can't complain. I though the price was kind of high but after put it together I think it was worth it, because the set really looks good. My mom likes it. All the pieces came in 2 packages. FedEx delivery was pretty fast. So everything require assembly, but not too difficult. No need for special tools, everything was included in boxes. Took me about 20-30 minutes to put all together. No big deal. I was worried that if there will be damaged pieces in boxes then what choices would I have. So I reached out to customer service before I made a purchase and they assured me that partial or the whole replacement option will be provided. Depending on situation. Luckily nothing was broken so FedEx did a good job. My mom is using the chair and ottoman as well on daily basis and she likes it. The old piece of furniture is still with her...and I don't think she will get rid of it too soon.

Ok, love the chair, added a pillow and throw to decor. However, putting together there were a few issues. Customer service has stood by their product to resolve issue above and beyond. Thank you!

very easy to put together. this chair is very solid. i even fall in sleep after dinner when i was resting. i like to read books while sitting there or check my emails
