Bad quality
I bought this travel mug four days ago and it’s already cracked. I was pouring my hot coffee into it in the morning and I heard the ceramic crack, the coffee started making bubbles due to the crack that occurred. Don’t buy, bad quality!

Beautiful ceramic mug
I really like this ceramic mug. It kept my tea warm over the hour I took to drink it. The sides get comfortably warm with my hot tea inside. The lid is easy to open and shut. And I love the 'Be grateful' message on the mug.
