Fits and works well. It can ride up a bit on your arm and needs readjusting sometimes. It is helpful.

My wrist is 150mm (small adult female) and this product is too big. The velcro part is barely attached and there is a big flap that extends out. I need it and like the minimalist design so Iam making it work with a hair elastic wrapped around it so that the flap does not get caught in clothing. Wish they had a smaller size. Other than that I do feel like it supports my wrist. It’s comfortable and easy to clean.

Comfortable and effective

I followed the listing --- measured my wrist and it was about 5.5 inches. Per the chart I chose a large. Absolutely not. It was too big. When I put the wrap tight enought to give me the right amount of support, I can't Velcro it because the Velcro is only at a certain spot.Edit: I returned the large and bought a medium. It's still too big, where the velcro only connects right at the edge. If I want to tighten it abit more so it's more rigid against my wrist, then the Velcro connects to nothing.Reiterating that when I measured my wrist, it was about 5.5 inches. The chart is VERY wrong if the medium doesn't even fit. I'm likely going to have to return and then buy a small.

Not sure this does anything to alleviate wrist pain but their customer service is excellent. Could just be me so give it a try.

Very comfortable, it works well

I purchased this to help protect my wrist AFTER TFCC surgery. The 2+ inch scar is right across the triquetral bone (had to look that up) and if I bump it on something the pain is excruciating - sort of like hitting the funny bone, but in steroids. I do not have large hands or wrists, but I found that the Large fit better than the Medium (on the left). The padded ring protects the scar and the bone well, but I still prefer something that also hooks over a finger or thumb to keep it from riding up my wrist. 5 stars for the quality build and materials, 4 overall.
