A great aid if you have hearing problems .

Firstly I liked the design, which fitted my ear nicely and was quite discreet. Sound quality was clear and appeared to help filter unwanted background noise. I did find however that device itself had a noticeable background hiss, even at lower volumes. I found this a little annoying, but got used to it.One very positive quality was that it was not prone to howl easily, even when adjusting volume etc .I think this is a useful backup for someone prone to losing their hearing aid. It works well. Is great value for money and looks fine.A useful device to have at the family’s disposal.It also came in a good quality storage case and being rechargeable is a great bonus.

I have bought two of these, one in November 2023 and one in March of this year. The newest one has stopped working completely and the slightly older one, which still works, is falling apart. I tried to contact the manufacturer but the email address on their website does not exist and the emails just bounce back. The contact form has suffered a similar fate. Amazon, of course, and as usual, does not want to know. Their "help" pages just send me around in circles. I would advise anyone thinking about buying this product DO NOT unless you want an inferior product and the loss of money.

This certainly is a great improvement to the normal hearing aids supplied by the NHS which have never been that good, the biggest problem with these is that they are very big and if you have small ears as i have they stick out like a sore thumb.Having said that they do work quite well and they do have different size ear tips which most don't which is a good thing as all the others i have tried have one size which i have never large been able to use.I will probably get another one.

I eventually got the aid into my ear, but it wasn't worth the effort! There is a constant crackle. I'm amazed at the size of the domes provided, though. There was a choice of sizes ranging from massive to small. Unfortunately the small was a little wide for my ear canals as mine are quite narrow. I think this may be what is causing the the crackling noise. I shall be aid-less for a few weeks while my new NHS ones are assembled. Good job I'm not totally deaf!

This is an amazing piece of electronics. To be able to hear the TV I had to turn the volume up to maximum level which made anyone coming into the room suffer a painful noise. Put in my hearing aid and turn down the volume on the tv and adjust the controls on the aid and Wow The clarity of the sound is fantastic. I have not had such natural sound for years !
