REDMOND Re-Lyte Electrolyte Drink

There are so many electrolytes out there but this one was recommended as a second place alternative from chat GTP and it was right!!! I wanted something other then the one I was using which was very nice but breaking my fast by giving me 50cals each time THIS one however doesn't give you any calories AND suppresses hunger making it the perfect choice with 60servings. I can have multiple servings a day and still maintain my fast long as I want. How I take it is I put one scoop in my keep cold water bottle with some ice and I add some SUGAR FREE strawberry or cherries and berry's flavour juice for extra flavouring, add water and away we go. The hydration is a: 10 Price could be better: 7 Taste is good aslong as you have some sugar free juice to go with it :7 It's an absolute YES from me!

Love love love this, tastes great, dissolves well in my water and it’s nice a sweet, really good product, gets me through my carnivore diet much happier as it’s literally the sweetest thing I’m allowed 👍🏻

Good for helping to get through fasting days without headaches etc. Also great for after a long hot run to rehydrate. Tastes good too.

It's good as far as electrolyte goes. Tastes good, high salt content which I like. But $60 for a tub of salt is ridiculous.

The strawberry lemonade flavour is way better than the watermelon lime, which was inedible. Great as someone with POTS, who needs a ton of sodium. Half the price of LMNT for the serving count. Definitely tastes quite salty, but you get used to it. Probably has too much sodium for the average person but great for fellow potsies.

It tastes good and helps with hydration. It has less sugar which is why I like it. It leaves a grainy texture at the bottom of a cup that doesn’t mix up no matter what though.
