The sleeve is useful if using ointments to treat foot. The silicon pad slides around inside the sleeve and needs to be positioned before wearing the sleeve. The toe sleeve does not serve as a toe spacer, and the sleeve does not create that type of tension. Nevertheless, this is useful to wear when you don't want to wear spacers.

It was ok to put on but after walking around on it for an hour, the bottom of my foot hurt. I got the one for the bunionette small toe. It did nothing to straighten my little toe. Just covered it and there is a spongie patch put into the fabric for the side of the small toe so it doesnt rub against the shoe. That was comfortable but it didnt sit where is should of been It was more towards the bottom of my foot. After an hour of walking my foot on the bottom was starting to hurt like walking on string where the support ended.

It does protect the joint that's poking out, but it digs into the foot and in between the toes. Regretted buying it. I Lost feeling wearing it after 4 hours

I think I was confused by this product’s title and thought it may actually help to correct pinky bunions. But after using this and really going back to read the product description, I am now realizing that this only serves as a buffer between your bunion and your shoe. I guess maybe it’s to help the bunion not get worse? I don’t know. It does help to straighten your toes into the right position while also preventing the bunion from rubbing against the side of your shoe. Is this worth the price? Not really, in my opinion.

This bunion corrector basically provides a gel cushion on the outside of your foot over the bunion area. It doesn't correct the position of your toe or do anything to correct the bunion but it does provide a cushion to make shoes more comfortable. So there's not much point in wearing these unless you're wearing them with shoes as far as I can tell. They are comfortable and stay in place well.
