it arrived within 12 hours, overnight. i made teriyaki chicken and the marinate stuck on the pan as i was cooking. i softly passed the pan over with a napkin and HALF of it came off WITH EASE. the other half that stayed i washed off. i didn’t soak, just used the sponge and it completely and easily came off!! i always struggle with pans when cooking chicken and this was the easiest to clean. not to mention, i didn’t use the rough side of the sponge but the SOFT SIDE. it cleaned with ease. best pan i’ve purchased thus far

All we use this pan for is bacon, and let me start by saying that it is great for that. I like the taller sides. Less grease splatter on the stove top. I used to keep some bacon grease to start out the next day's breakfast, so that the bacon wouldn't stick to our old pan. Bacon does not stick to this one. No more saving grease (unless I find some other use for it)! I only have two minor issues with it. (1) They send a screwdriver to assemble the handle to the pan. Keep it handy, because you're going to need it. After just about every use, the handle gets a little bit loose and needs tightening. (2) I don't much care for the speckled finish of the ceramic coating. To me, it looks like the pan is still dirty. I would prefer it be just plain white. (I should say that my wife disagrees with me on this, but I'm writing the reviews.)

This pan really works great. It sears steaks as well as fancy steak houses, and cooks them perfect because YOU get to watch over it! It also grills vegetables with ease, without burning. No need to grill outside in the heat with this solid grilling pan!

Reviewing this after my first use, to cook bacon. Pan heats pretty evenly, but the pieces along the outer sides cooked more slowly. Pan holds about 7 pieces of bacon. The drain spout is less handy than it shows; it should have been designed with a recessed curve more shallow than the edges and with a lip on the edge of the pan. For it to properly work, you have to hold the pan precisely and let the grease drizzle, not pour out. There is no edge or lip in the pan to prevent the grease from also exiting the edge on either side of the “drain” which resulted in a mess, my first time.

My outdoor grill had pretty well rusted up into a useless stand of iron particles and I wasn't feeling dropping another several hundred dollars for another - so I started looking for something I could use indoors and still get the grill marks on my burgers. This grill top for the stove is not huge but it's big enough to fit a couple small steaks, or burgers and it gets the job done. It also has a nifty pour spout so after I'm done grilling my 85/15 burgers I can pour off the excess fat into my fat jar without having to figure a best way to have it not spill all over the counter. Again, not a very big fry pan but if you're looking for a way to grill indoors this is a good option.

I hate cleaning up the mess of cooking bacon indoors. Purchased this to use on my Weber gas BBQ. It works great. All mess outdoors and easy to drain and clean.

Perfect!!! Works exactly as I had hoped. I tried it first on hot dogs because I thought that was an easy experiment to test if the pan is truly non- stick and makes grill marks. It worked perfectly. The pan is well made and sturdy. It conducted the heat evenly. Cleanup was a breeze. It even includes a good quality screwdriver for attaching the handle. I put the screwdriver in my toolbox - so that's a bonus. I plan to grill chicken tomorrow. I like that this pan gives me the option to grill inside when it's raining or I'm too lazy to fire up the barbecue.

Bought a whole set of these pens and about this pen to add to that they are awesome nonstick pans work perfectly have not had any problems with them better than any pans I’ve had in the past 20 years and I’ve spent thousands on pans and for this I spent less than 100.
