loose connection to laptop
Not the most stable connection. Bought a different one and just save this one for travel

Great Idea, great size,great customer service
I like the size and the design of the product, however after less than 2 months of use, not even daily use the unit no longer worked. I contact the company on Thursday about my concerns of a defective product and they had me troubleshoot some things. It still did not work, so without any questions they said they would ship a replacement device. I expected that it would take some time to get the replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when the replacement device was at my place less than 18 hours later. Very happy with the customer service.

Broke after 3 months.
This part is cheaply made. After 3 months of light use the ports have come loose and it no longer works as a result.

Works Well!
Works well for what I need with my Surface Pro.

It works, but it's flimsy
The product works fine. My only problem is that it's pretty flimsy. After a while, the port gets loose, which affects the connectivity.

Tight fit / needs power separately
It is a tight fit, however this is by design to prevent constant disconnects that you may experience otherwise. It would be nice if this provided power as well while connected.
