... I was really surprised. Put them in the microwave for 30 seconds and then put them over your eyes, the lavender and weight of the pillows helped. But they don't have a strap so if you move or turn to your side, it comes off. Frustrating!

I have been suffering with seasonal allergies and then I worked 9+ hours online. My eyes were puffy and exhausted. I decided to try this eye pillow to see if it would help. I took the insert out and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. (Just the insert, as the pillowcase has a zipper) I wasn’t sure it was warm enough, but after putting it back in the pillowcase and placing it over my eyes it was just right. The pillow covers the eye area and over the bridge of the nose, and felt really good on my sinuses. The pillow blocks the light without being too heavy and it stayed warm for about 15 minutes. The lavender scent is not overpowering. Will definitely be using this more often.

These silk eye pillows are so lovely. They look beautiful. The colors are so rich. They feel nice on my eyes and skin. The weight of them is not too much, but not too little. They have the perfect amount of compression to offer a little extra relaxation without being too heavy. Lavender aromatherapy pillows tend to irritate my eyes or overpower me with scent. These do neither.The set comes with two pillows, which is such a great deal. I put one in the freezer and heated the other up in the microwave. They both retain their respective temperatures for quite a while. The one in the freezer spent the night there and when it was removed, it was cold, but not frozen stiff. It was also still at a good temperature to be applied right to my face without bringing the temperature up. The warm pillow was heated in two sessions of 30 seconds each. After the first 30 seconds, it was nicely warm. After 60 seconds, I didn't think it was really much warmer so those extra 30 seconds probably weren't needed. Still, coming out of the microwave, it was not too hot and can be used right away. Obvious temperature against the skin is a personal preference so everybody should use their judgement before just putting it on. They are also nice without being chilled or warmed up.I have yet to wash the pillow covers, but they do come off and have a zipper to facilitate that.

I love these eye pads they have the nicest light scent to them and you can use them hot or cold. Great to relax before bed after a long day, they help with headache pain, and would make great gifts. Easy to use and soft material. Great value set!!

I have used these pillows both warm and cold. When used warm it helps relax your sore eyes with a hint of lavender. When using cold for migraines it is a gentle cold not overly icy like some cold masks are.

I use these eye pillows for meditation, calming for my kids, and to shut out light in my room when I want to go to sleep. They smell amazing and the feel of the fabric is ultra luxurious!!! They are even better than I had anticipated. I love that 2 are included in the pack and that the covers are washable. I would highly recommend these to anyone and they would make an excellent gift!!
