Sound book for students of mainly Beckian CBT....
A fine outline of mainly the Beckian CBT approach - all the basic theory and techniques are here....if you are learning CBT it would be a very useful addition, especially in how to conduct structured sessions.

Ideal for training or as into to CBT
Essential reading for any CBT therapist. I'm training to be a therapist and this book is ideal. It's clearly written, quite basic and straight to the point but that's what makes it so readable.

Essential book for anyone! I had bene reading the previous version and thought i may as well purchase one rather than continuously borrowing from my supervisor! Takes you back to basics, walks you through all aspects of CBT therapy
