Bore Laser
Bright enough to see in daylight, did the job, plenty of batteries for guns in both calipers. No complaints

I ordered the .223 & 9MM set for their easily visible red dots on the target.
I wanted an extra laser dot chambered in .223 and one for my 9mm handgun for targeting at the range. I like to adjust the sights on several firearms at once and it's convenient to have multiple caliber laser cartridges for each firearm at the ready in the event that batteries or lasers fail.

Great for sighting in your rifle or pistol
This unit came on time and in perfect condition. I have used this type of bore sighter before and have found that it does not give "tack driving" accuracy on the first shot, but it sure puts you in the ball park. Once I got past my lofty expectations, I was quite pleased with it. This is yet another gadget that seems to confirm that although nothing beats live fire at the range. It will reduce the ammo needed to get your weapon on target.I highly recommend it.

Nice kit but not for guns chambered for NATO 5.56 mm ammo
The kit comes in a small metal tin with a fitted foam insert. The 9mm bore sight requires 2 batteries and then chambers smoothly in my Glock 17. The dot appeared exactly at my aim point at distances from 5-25 yards. Overall, this part of the kit is great. The .223 bore sight is a different matter. If your weapon is chambered to accept either .223 or NATO 5.56 ammo, the bore sight fits loosely in the breach and will pull to one side or low, depending upon how the firing mechanism contacts it. It will also produce an annoying reflection to one side of the dot. If you're using a weapon that is ONLY chambered for .223, it might work better -- just not in a weapon that can accept either caliber of bullet. So, a mixed bag for this kit. 9mm good, .223 not so good for dual caliber weapons.

Great product. Easy to use.Saves money!
These laser bore sights will pay for themselves if you use them before going to the range. They let you get your weapon sighted in pretty close. Then at the range you can make the minor adjustments (if needed) to get a precise shot. I'm not an expert long range shooter so I usually do not take wind and elevation into consideration when hunting. Most of my shots have been at close range (under 100 yards) anyway. There have been a couple times where I had to walk it in but those are rare exceptions. Usually they occur when I have not spent range time in advance of the hunt (or taking a risky shot at extreme range!)Anyway, this is money well spent and allows me to conserve ammo.

Waste of money.
Batteries arrived dead, or maybe just both sights don't work. In the garbage they went.

I love the double caliber for the most 2 popular out there
I had one of these for a 223 before and somehow I lost it so I was excited to see this become available and it has both a 9 mil and 223 in there which are the most popular calibers in the states. I do find it a little weird that there wasn't really any instruction in this kit. I like that they came in a nice little tin with tons of batteries. but it doesn't really tell you how many batteries to put in each one. for example the 9 mil I put in two and they give you nine of them. so I didn't know if it needed two or three but two sticks of the top a decent amount but when I pushed on the end piece to see how much a compressed the laser came on so I figured out the 9 mil you only need two batteries. the other weird thing is it doesn't tell you which direction to put them in or there's no markings on the ends that I could see for positive or negative this way. luckily the first way I tried it worked so I went with that. overall seems to be pretty accurate but I really was just using these to bore site some red dots that I have and fine to them a little bit at the range. obviously it all depends on the Range that you are actually shooting at but I bore sighted them at about 10 yards and I didn't need a lot of adjustment but a little was needed.

Great set of common calibers
Laser is bright with a decent focal point. Spinning both of these in a mounted barrel produced very little deviation. The loose batteries are a pain but not a deal breaker for how often these will see use.
