I can feel it working...
I brought a XXL Odofit Posture Corrector to help keep me from slouching when I'm working at my computers. It helps because usually I sit long periods of time, on a chair that usually has me hunched over by the time I'm done with work. It fit comfortably, once I got the strap and back part of the velcro adjusted to where I needed the additional support. I couldn't wear it for 3 hours when I first used it, I started with 1/2 hour and increased it by 1/2 hour increments. I can tell its working even when I don't have it on, my body automatically "assumes" the proper posture. When I start to feel my back and shoulders start to hunch again, I strap on my Odofit to fix it up again.

Digs into my shoulder blades
This thing works fairly well, but unfortunately it has a couple of design flaws that make it uncomfortable and difficult to use. Both of the plastic frames on the back (the pieces that the straps loop through) rest right up against the inside of my shoulder blades, so whenever I sit up straight and pull my shoulders back, the top edge of the plastic digs into my skin. After a while, it really starts to hurt, so I haven't been able to wear it for more than about an hour every day. Also, those same plastic frames are positioned in such a way that they make it extremely difficult to loosen the straps when you're ready to remove the brace. I guess that's why one of the front straps is designed to be unsnapped and separated instead of being loosened. Admittedly, it's not a big problem, but it does make it a bit more cumbersome to take the brace off than I expected.

I have really bad upper and middle back problems and working in a warehouse really does not help much. So I did some research and found this brace that I wear while working. It is amazing how much my pain has improved. After one week I do not have to use Icy Hot anymore and do not have to take my 1600 mg of ibuprofen anymore. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does rub me a bit raw right near my armpit area just make sure you rub in Vaseline or really good lotion on in that area before you put on a tee shirt and then put on the brace over your tee. Thanks again for helping with my back pain

Already started to relieve pain I've been having for over a year
I have been having mild chronic neck pain for the last year and a half, along with mild back pain occasionally as well. I found that this was likely due to poor posture, and after trying various stretches and physical therapy with unsuccessful results, I decided to go for a posture correcting brace.I selected this one based on it appearing to have a good amount of padding, and I have found it to be pretty comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.I don't believe I've had the brace for long enough to determine if it will be successful long-term, but over the past couple weeks the brace has definitely relieved me of the pain while I am wearing it, and it seems to have been reducing the pain a bit when I'm not wearing it. The most important thing is that when the brace is on, it makes it much more difficult to slouch due to the straps holding your shoulders back, leading to better posture and pain relief.I have had it on under and over a t-shirt, and it works fine both ways. It isn't noticeable when under a shirt except for a small part of it by the neck being uncovered, but I don't find it to be too noticeable at all.I honestly did not really expect a product like this to be extremely effective, but after reading positive reviews and actually using it, it seems to be exactly what I needed, and it has certainly been helpful in the relatively short time that I've had it.

Wrong size
I obviously bought the wrong size. So I couldn't rate it properly. I want to just exchange it, but i couldn't, So I sent it back, read some reviews on other braces and will decide later.

Corrects my 'computer' neck and hunched shoulders.
This product very well at correcting upper back/neck issues. My neck and upper back surrounding my neck frequently tighten up or get completely out of place from spending 8+ hrs hunched over a computer at work. This product immediately helped reduce the strain I was feeling and made it feel like my neck could finally relax.A couple tips - before purchasing make sure to read and follow the sizing chart. I was hoping that my wife and I could share the brace, however we have very different body types and if the size you order is too large you won't get the full benefit of the product (conversely if you order too small you may have trouble getting it on). Secondly, read the directions that come with it. I'm the type of person that immediately tries to use something without reading the directions and I found that the brace worked a lot better after I understood what I was adjusting and had it fitted to my body correctly.Thinking about ordering another smaller one for my wife because it would help her a lot. One last point if you're going to try and wear this in an office setting you'll probably want to put an undershirt on, then the brace and then your dress shirt.

Pushes the neck forward
At first, when i started wearing the brace, I really liked this product as i could already feel my shoulders sitting back more. After a couple of hour long cycles, my neck began to hurt, and realized it was due to the way the harness fits. It was pushing my neck forward, or at the very least, putting uncomfortable pressure on the base of my neck. I tried losening and tightening the straps to see if i was just wearing it too tightly, but that did not resolve the problem as I had to listen it too to the point where my posture was no longer benefiting to reduce the pressure on the neck. I stopped wearing this after a couple of days due to the neck pain it was causing. This went away a couple days after I stopped wearing the device.
