Updating to 5 stars after company offered me a full refund, but be aware that this ink cartridge is not compatible with the HP Envy 6000e.

Not Happy!!
When my printer ran out of color ink, I bought this. But I still had black ink remaining so I didn't replace the cartridges right away. So skip ahead a month or more when the black ink finally ran out and went to replace them with the new color/black cartridges, but the color ink cartridge DOES NOT WORK - black ink works just fine but no color ink! As everyone knows, printer ink is NOT cheap, so needless to say I was infuriated!! I thought there was something wrong with my printer until I called technical support and they told me the color ink cartridge was a dud, dead in the water, nice HP!

GREAT Ink Cartridges
These cartridges have been a lifesaver for me. I had been ordering the plain 67 cartridge and they were not lasting very long at all. So glad to have that extra ink!

Customer service is great!
One of my cartridges wasn’t connecting to the printer. I emailed customer service and they were helpful with trouble shooting. When they determined it wouldn’t work they sent a replacement right away! Everything works great now!

Wrong
For some reason, it did not work With my printer, I may it was my printer with no good but when it did print, the color came out OK well the black and white we couldn’t get the color to work. Could be my printer color package.
