Work well at concerts!
My wife and I went to a Papa Roach / Shinedown concert and tried these for the first time. We each got the Smaller Ear set, because our ear holes tend to be a little on the narrower side (but not tiny).I was a little worried they’d be too small, but they fit great! Cuz the sound / distortion back, it was really enjoyable to be able to leave the concert without having my ears ringing.I know the ads kinda make it sound like “you can’t even tell you’re wearing them, it just makes everything a little quieter”, which is mostly true, though it does cut a fair amount of the higher frequency / noise distortion so you get less of the “full range” of sound, BUT everything still sounded really good, the music was quite enjoyable and we had a blast. They’re very comfortable, I forgot I was even wearing them a few minutes into rocking out.The carrying case is small, and I do wish they would do something about the screw-on cap to prevent accidentally cross-threading, because when you’re in a dimly lit concert environment, it’s not like you can look closely at the threads / cap to make sure you’re threading it right. So then I’m doing it entirely by feel and because the case is aluminum, the metal is soft enough it feels like it wants to try to cross-thread and it’s harder to get the cap to “seat” into the beginning thread. But this is a relatively minor inconvenience, at least likely for most people. All in all, if you’re young and concerned about preserving your hearing or you’re older (like us) and wanna save what you have left, these are a good investment.

Perfect for sensitive ears and clear conversations!
These earplugs are absolutely perfect if you are looking for comfort, noise reduction, and CLEAR sounds! I have been using loop earplugs for months prior to purchasing these and recently decided to take the chance with Eargasm based on the reviews. As an autistic person who is highly sensitive to sound, I wear these Eargasm earplugs daily to help take the edge off. I love how I can hear conversations I am having with others along with hearing myself with PERFECT clarity like I would without wearing these earplugs - and with no muffled sound whatsoever! On the other hand, while these are extremely comfortable for me 98% of the time, there are times where it does feel unbearable if I have been wearing them for hours and my tactile sensory sensitivities suddenly heighten. In this case I would recommend if you are remotely tactile sensitive to either take small breaks with not wearing the earplugs throughout the day or to have another pair of these earplugs to swap out with when this happens (sometimes the way they fit/the temperature change when they haven't been worn actually helps with the tactile sensitivity without having to lose out on noise reduction). In addition, absolutely make sure you insert the filters the right way, otherwise you may lose those extremely tiny filters and have to purchase another set of filters 😅If you're on the fence with purchasing these for noise sensitivity, GET THEM!

Great performance but cant win in everything!
Have been using in-ear earbuds with the rubber tips with no music playing for a while to lower the noise down when in public due to the issue i have with my ears. I use these just for ambient noise reduction. Talking with the earbuds really sucks (i do have a bass voice). When i found out about these earplugs it seemed like they would be perfect, noise reduction and keeping clarity. Upon reading many reviews i was a bit discouraged to buy them. The price they are at is a bit steep and was contemplating if they will be effective or not based on video reviews to help my issue. I have pretty bad tinnitus and am more sensitive to amplified and high frequency sounds. I got it from a up close firework explosion, and over last few years it got worse, so now the im seriously taking precautions. Deciding if they will be effective or not was hard, you cant really rank how bad your condition is, but ended up buying them to try them because having earbuds on at some events would be weird. When i got them, i ended up using the smaller set of the two sizes, I did the trick where you pull the ear up and back and push the earplugs in easier. I was surprised that they were more effective than the earbuds that i used when it comes to noise reduction. The clarity was better but still when talking my voice resonating sounds muffled and not fully clear, its doable for talking but not for singing with them on. Its not as worse with the earbuds so these were a win for me with how discreet they look. When initially trying them, they can feel a bit weird, that could just be when you are actually thinking about that somethings in your ear, could be the pressure change. But once you wear them a few times they fit in better. every once in a while i found my self adjusting them, i have not wore them for more that a 3-4 hours at a time just the nature of where i use them.Overall im pleased with the product and the nifty carry case.Defiantly would recommend!! The price does not compare to having permanent hearing damage.

Ear-gasmic! Works with tragus piercings
As the owner of a tragus and daith piercing in the same ear, most earplugs are either really irritating or won't stay in, and I hate how the disposable foam ones make everything sound so muffled (not the best when you're trying to enjoy music). After reading reviews that these work for people with tragus piercings, I decided to go with the smallest size to avoid catching on the piercings. I did have to trim the largest flange off one of them to use on the side with the daith and tragus piercings so it doesn't catch on any of them, and it worked perfectly without compromising sound.

Ear Plugs that actually FIT in my tiny ears!!
I have been trying to find earplugs for the longest time that will stay in my apparently incredibly tiny ears, without causing me pain or irritation whilst wearing them. Well it looks like we finally have a winner!Majority of the previous brands I have purchased were either just too big and would fall out rather quickly, or cause a lot of ear pain if they did stay in my ear. These however will adjust to fit in your ear comfortably, without losing sound quality either. They are easy to keep clean and the little keychain cannister is a great way to keep them in locked away, with no fear of losing them. They are great for concerts, loud events and areas. I have slept with them in too and no issues. Goodbye ear aches, finally!

Comfy, and no loss of sound clarity
I bought these to protect my ears while playing violin. They are really comfy, and didn't affect my ability to still hear my violin properly.I have always had trouble finding ear plugs small enough but these are great. Well worth it

Excellent!
I have super acute hearing and we live on a bus route, with many many teenagers, loud cars and motorcycles. I have a drawer full of ear plugs and some of them are rated at 33 dec, so only one decibel less than the eargasms, but they don’t seem to work as well. The Eargasms (small) fit my ears perfectly and create a really good seal. Be sure to read the directions - they taught me something about inserting them! They are soft enough that they don’t bother me when laying on my side. And I’m careful to store them in the little can, which keeps them protected from dust. Yes, I do love them! P.S. I have the rainbow version and the clear, and one the rare occasion when I pull one out and drop it, the rainbow ones are easier to find!
