It doesn't actually foam, but that doesn't bother me. What matters to me is that it WORKS. I have "combination skin" and I used to get major breakouts on every inch of my face except forehead due to stress and menses, but I haven't experienced that since I started using this. I use it once daily in the shower and it is very gentle and never dries out my skin. I like that there is no scent and you don't need much, so the bottle lasts a good while.

I recommend this product to every one. Its a cheaper alternative that provides real results. I started out using it everyday, but found it works best around my breakouts (usually hormonal). Its help the texture of my skin even out. My 14 year old son uses it daily for his acne and the difference it has made is day and night. It has slite scent to it, but nothing overwhelming.

I’ve been using the CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Wash for a bit now, and it’s honestly just okay. It does help keep breakouts under control and feels gentle enough for daily use, but it can be a little drying at times. The texture is nice and creamy, and I like that it includes benzoyl peroxide and hyaluronic acid, so it’s effective without being too harsh. It’s not a miracle product, but it’s a solid option if you want a straightforward acne wash that does the job. Use 4% instead.

I’ve had acne my entire life and I am almost 40 years old and unfortunately still deal with it.I got this face wash about a month ago, and my skin has stayed more clear than it has in years. No exaggeration at all!I still get a few breakouts but nothing near what I was getting.I can’t believe that I was able to find something so affordable that has helped my skin so much!!!

Doesn't foam at all in my experience, but works very well and doesn't sting compared to other 10% BP cleansers.
