I purchased these VetriScience Derma Strength chews to help my dog with some dry skin issues, and I’m already seeing amazing results. Time will tell if I see health benefits for my three pups. My long-time vet personally recommended I purchase this product. They are picky eaters, so I was so happy they loved the flavor.

My dog hates these. They stink and we have to cover them with peanut butter to het him to take them. They don't smell like fish, they just smell horrible. They seem to be helping him, but they need a better scent and flavor. He also has a hard time chewing them, so we have to break them into smaller pieces. Not real soft.

This was a mistake purchase as I have purchased the 70 count chews package for years and my Luke loves it. The duck flavored 40 count bag was a disappointment as he actually spits it out and refuses to eat it. He really doesn’t like it!

This product worked really well to improve my Toy Manchester Terrier’s poor winter haircoat. Manchester Terriers, in particular, end up with dry, brittle hair during the winter and when they don’t get enough sunlight. The winters where I live are very harsh, so the dogs don’t spend much time outside during a significant portion of the year. While all my dogs lose some hair during the winter, my one girl really lost a lot and what remained was very brittle. After ruling out more serious conditions, I started her on this product because I have used other Veterinary-Science products (Glycoflex, etc.) with good results. After daily administration for about a month, her coat had come in fully and is shiny and less brittle. I’m going to keep her on it year-round in hopes to prevent her poor haircoat from returning. Additionally, she likes the soft bone shape and takes it readily like a treat.
