Soft and functional!
I have a hip that goes out of place which results in one of my legs longer than the other. I use this when I am having pain and it helps greatly. They are soft and comfortable and stay in place. Easily changeable from shoe to shoe.

Like marshmallow under your heel!
I have severe Achilles Tendonitis and a really heavy footfall. This is a bad combination. These Skyfoot heel inserts are amazing to cushion the heel and stop the jarring impact of it slamming into the floor and causing me extra inflammation. I love them so much I purchased them twice. I started with the thicker ones and was able to graduate to the thinner ones. They are really valuable for thin uncushioned flats but they work in all types of shoes that have an enclosed heel that don't flop. The bottoms have a little grip but aren't really sticky after a use or two. They stay in place really well with just the weight of your foot and fit of the shoe. They're really easy to just pull out and stick into whatever pair of shoes you want to wear. I won't be without them!

Doesn’t hurt to walk on Treadmill anymore, but I still want arch support
I put a lot of pressure on my heel when using the treadmill, so this helped a lot. However, I wish there was something that provided 4/5 inch of heel support, while also supporting your arches. I tried combining an arch support insole with this heel support insole and that made my foot too high where it was nearly coming out of the shoe.

Greatest feeling ever
It’s a perfect fit and my back does not hurt anymore thanks to this heel lift. I have one leg longer than the other, and the heel lift works so great that I can feel my body aligning correctly again. Great buy. Recommend to anyone.

Pushes foot up hurts spur
I have a double bone spur situation on my right heel. Large per the X-ray. So my situation may not apply to others. These are a nice quality and do offer some support. I tried them on an open sandle first and they felt good there bc of the rise of the heel with the tendon pressure lessened on one spur. But I bought them for my walking shoes. There, they do push the heel up and offer some rigid cushion but consequently they pushed my bone spur higher up in the shoe at the same time, therefore caused rubbing with the back of the shoe because the heel was at a different height than the shoe was designed for, like most running: I asking shoes are designed. I went for a walk to test them fully and felt like I was a young child trying to walk in high heels but my bone spur rubbed the back of my shoe the whole time reminding me was I wasn’t young. I may use the supports on my sandals that do not have a rear strap. But using these supports for bone spurs in my walking/running shoes, they didn’t help me. They weren’t super cushiony because they seem more designed for raising the heel than cushion support. I don’t know why they worked best on the sandal other than the foot wasn’t restricted to acclimate like within the confines of the closed shoe with the extra space taken up by the support. A painful conundrum. Oh well.

Comfort
This is a comfortable product and it does not come apart like other brand products. Walking is a comfort while wearing it. So far I have had this in my everyday sneaker and my work boots and it is so nice to have.

Excellent Product in the Right Shoe
The issue was Achilles Tendonitis. However, as can happen with a bioengineered aid, these inserts are subject to different applications experiencing different results. In this case the inserts were tried in three different pairs of sneakers plus one pair of dress shoes. Firstly, the inserts are lifts. The heel is consequently raised and this potentially could result in the toes being pushed forward. In the case of a pair of Nike sneakers this is exactly what happened in the left shoe. The smaller toes became pressed against the end of the shoe. This became uncomfortable very quickly. The right shoe was not affected. This is not a criticism of Nike Sneakers. Obviously, we are all different - even to the point where our left and right feet are not exactly the same. Next to try was a pair of Skechers sneakers. The inserts were perfect as was the case with the Reebok sneaker and the dress shoes. The primary reason for this review is to highlight the point that any one given solution regarding an issue such as Achilles Tendonitis may not work for everybody or even every shoe. Where it did work the results were excellent and the inserts are still recommended but with foregoing as a caveat.
