This product is not what I expected. It does not separate between layer no mattwhat is tried. The layers are fused to gather as one. They did a great job fooling me to think this product would be able to cut than separate the layes. Worrest product ever. In the trash might cutout on CNC. Not by hand.

Pretty good foam. I don't think they had a size that fit my case well enough, but after some thought, decided on this size to allow some "Flex" space in my kit so I can add/remove random things I may need for a particular job and I'm glad I did.The one thing I wish is that the thing layer was made of some flexible plastic, sort of like on the thin cutting board sheets you can get, and I may end up getting those and attaching them with some 3M spray adhesive so that I can put some sort of string/wire/zip tie to use as a handle to lift each one out, and to also keep it firmer. I have a feeling over time, they will start to arch when you lift them out.
