Lifesaver for BIOS Recovery – Worked Perfectly on ASRock BC-250
I used this WWZMDIB CH341A BIOS Programmer to recover and flash the BIOS on my ASRock BC-250, and it worked like a charm. If you’ve ever bricked a motherboard or need to update firmware directly on a chip, this is the tool you want in your kit. The kit comes complete with the CH341A programmer, a solid SOIC8 clip, and SOP8/SOP16 adapter boards — everything you need for in-circuit programming. No soldering required — just clip it on the chip and go. The SOIC8 clip held firm and made clean contact with the BIOS chip on the first try. It supports a wide range of EEPROMs (24, 25, 93 series), and it was compatible with the chip on my ASRock board with no issue. I used open-source tools with it, and the backup, erase, and write process was smooth and reliable. If you’re into PC repair, BIOS modding, or just want a way to unbrick a bad flash, this little device is powerful, affordable, and easy to use. Absolutely worth it for the peace of mind alone.

Solid tool when you need it
Never thought I’d need this, but it came through when flashing BIOS. Setup was straightforward and the tech worked exactly as expected. Reliable and worth having in your kit. I can't say much about durability aside from it's not a rugged piece it's delicate the way ram would be. Take care of your things.

Works great but handle it with care
This thing right here.... too much power for a couple buck lol. I was not sure this will work to be honest. I had a 16 pin BIOS chip that needed flashing I paired this with a 300mil SOIC 16 to SOIC8 adapter and got the job done. Now I've been using it to make back ups off all the BIOS chips I work with (old and new) and I haven't have a single issue. I did notice that has a wek point by where the USB-A connector meet the CH341A board, those welding spots could becomenundone by the weight of the boar + connectors, I will suggest to handle the devuce with care and if possible place something underneath it to keepnit stright while using it to avoid bending and possibly breaking those welds.

Decent.
You will need to work with it, no real instructions. YouTube is a big help here... But it will work once you figure it out.

Doesn't work. Chip on board is CH341B.
This doesn't seem to work at all. AsProgrammer cannot find it. It initially comes up as USB-UART LPT by default. Maybe that's normal. But, the appropriate driver for the CH341 doesn't seem to work with it and I have to manually select it as the driver. I also noticed that the chip on this is a CH341B, not CH341A, so that might have something to do with it. Though it's sold as a CH341A, so that seems scammy. No documentation or user guide or software included. Maybe someone out there has a better idea of how this is supposed to work, but from what I've found, it should be pretty quick to setup. So, I'm leaning toward scam.

Works as intended
I am mostly using this to read into flash chips for reverse engineering purposes, and it does its job as intended. Nothing less, nothing more. Works best with my Linux machine though, my Mac was hit and miss with this chip. I cant speak for its success with windows.
