Please AVOID buying this set as the seller is sending INCOMPATIBLE filters
This filter kit was listed on Amazon as compatible with all UV Water Purifier product models under Aquaguard family from Eureka Forbes. My water purifier is Aquaguard Nova model and it was clearly listed as one of the eligible appliances where this water filter could be installed within. Hence ordered, but was surprised to receive a water filter set which is distinctly different looking than the pictures posted within the said product’s listing on Amazon.Also, despite Amazon’s claims of this being an original water filter set from the manufacturer of Aquaguard Nova range of water purifiers of Eureka Forbes, the ones I received were completely unidentical to the original water filters removed from my existing Nova water purifier.Out of abundant caution, I called Eureka Forbes support team and requested a company-trained technician to install these but the authorized technician refused to install these as he found the mounting thread pattern as well as the height of these filters as incompatible with Nova water purifier.I am clearly disappointed with Amazon for incorrectly listing these water purifiers as suitable of Aquaguard Nova and for not mentioning the dimensions of the product anywhere within this listing. As these filters are not eligible for return, I would suggest Amazon buyers not to purchase unless you are in a dire situation. AVOID!
