Thin pages/pretty colours
Lovely colours and variety. Paper is thin so there is significant ghosting using ballpoint pens and terrible bleed through using felt tips (alcohol markers go through multiple pages). Covers are reasonably strong but just thick paper. They are cute little books but less useful than I hoped.

Prefect size, choose your colour.
These are a perfect size for my clients to use in their therapy. They can choose their preferred colour. I am a solution focused hypnotherapist and I encourage clients to focus on positives in their life. Writing them down helps embed and appreciate all the little things which may be overlooked by negative thoughts and emotions.
