Feature rich! Great fridge/freezer
The media could not be loaded. This had all the features I was looking for. Dual zone, dual lid, lighted interior, bluetooth controllable, optional on board battery (additional purchase of about $150), solar panel input (requires the optional battery to use), and hardware specifically designed to attach tie down straps, the latter being quite hard to find! I chose the one without wheels and a pull handle but that is also an available option. Can be fridge/freezer, freezer/fridge, fridge/fridge, or freezer/freezer. Another nice option that many don't have is that you can shut down either side completely and just run one compartment.Comes with both a Dc plug (cigarette lighter) and a household AC plug. Mine did not come with interior baskets, I don't think they do but mine was purchased as a used item from Amazon warehouse so I'm not sure if it originally had them. The manual is extremely limited. Pairing with phone can be either difficult or easy, mine was difficult because it was a returned item that had already been paired. The attached video was emailed to me from the company, it shows how to put it in pairing mode if it is not automatically in pairing mode when you first turn it on. If the bluetooth emblem is flashing, it is ready to pair. It took multiple attempts to reach them but they did finally respond. I had to email them several times (email address is in the manual and on their pretty weak website) and I then had to call attention to those emails via Amazon's "contact the seller" option. To pair, your phone must be connected 2.4 GHz wifi connection, not 5 GHz, but only to initially pair via bluetooth, after that wifi is not needed.Interior lights are activated via a magnetic switch which is pretty cool, doors are reversible. There is a hidden menu accessed by holding the setting button, while the unit is powered off, till it beeps. This is not in the manual. I am still trying to get info on those settings, first 2 parameters are minimum and maximum temperatures, after that I don't know.A factory reset can be done by accessing the hidden menu as described above and then holding the up AND down button simultaneously till it beeps and resets. You won't find that in the manual either. Oddly, a factory reset does not reset the bluetooth pairing, see video for instruction on that. You'll notice in the video that once powered on, their demo model is already in pairing mode (BT emblem is flashing) as it should be on a new unit. However they go ahead and show you what you need to do as if it wasn't already flashing, as was my case.Seems well built, has been working great for a few weeks. It pulls about 50-53 watts on max mode and about 30-35 on eco mode, pulls zero watts when compressor is not running. Gets to temperature pretty quick, about a half hour I'd say, depending on conditions and what you set it to. Runs pretty quiet, don't forget to leave it upright for 24 Hours before powering on (people say, I didn't wait quite that long). Like any new item, I can not yet determine longevity.

This fridge is great! It just has one thing I need to let you know about...
(the little detail I wanted to warn you about if you don't wan tto read the whole review is to be careful when using this with a relocated 12V plug in. If the 12V plugin isn't original, it may have smaller wires, making you think the fridge is malfunctioning because it will give you an F1 error. This actually happened to me so I switched it to the main 12V outlet and it was fine with that.), now on to the review.PRO'sThis fridge really is built very solidly and inspires confidence. This is more important than you might think. Think about it. This is a camping fridge and will need to be moved, dropped, shuffle, thrown in the trunk and open/closed hundreds of times so it absolutely needs to have a feeling of being very sturdy. That was actually the first concern of mine when it arrived and it doesn't disappoint. Very nicely made. It's got a GREAT app that allows you to change anything you want to electronically. So far, for the money, I haven't seen a lot of decent app-driven fridges. Usually the apps are total garbage/don't work, etc.Believe it or not, the little cutting board comes in handy and is a perfect "camping size". For some reason, when I am camping I like to use less and have less options so I use smaller plates, cups, eveything. This is a nice option because it also takes no space in the fridge and is always right there, reminding you that you have a cutting board when you open the lid. I use it to set things on when the area is dusty, etc, as well as actually cutting on it.This fridge gets cold FAST. and it stays cold while drawing very little power. I was relatively amazed at how little it draws. Incredible.CON'sThe control panel is pretty awful but having the app makes this not important AT ALL. So I still give it 5 stars! You can turn the control panel touch screen off if you have kids, which redeems it in my eyes. For the money this is one of the best products I have purchased in years.

One of the poorest supported and documented products on the Internet
I may update the other ratings if it doesn't last as many have claimed. So far the operations of the refrigerator are just fine: cold, not hard to manage the local settings, strudy enough. What's not good?1.) I didn't get wire baskets as shown in every video and mentioned in reviews. Thanks Change (or is that Charge?) Moore...2.) The bluetooth setup SUCKS!!!!! The documentation SUCKS!!! No site support - their site SUCKS!!!A video in a review saved me, so let me help others that are greping reviews desperately. The app name: Tuya Smart (which ironically its not)Activating Bluetooth on the refrigerator? Here's how: 1.) release the locking mode by holding down the two arrows together 2.) Push the power until its completely off 3.) Push the power to turn it on 4.) QUICKLY hold the gear button AND the power button togetherThis turns on bluetooth search on the refrig. Now add device in Tuya and it will find the refrig. Add it and you are set.... endless frustration avoided.I will update my review as I see how it perform over time.

Great concept, terrible quality. Buy a different brand.
This is a great concept, and in general it works great. Keeps cold, freezes well but this particular brand does not last.I’ve had 2 now all since august 22nd. The first one only lasted a few hours. Not even a joke. I plugged it in, it reached -2 within a few hours and was great. I went to sleep and woke up to a dead unit.I contacted Amazon and through them they helped get me a replacement from the seller. The seller was good, prompt and understanding. I got my replacement in 2 days, was surprised. This one lasted quite a bit longer, but unfortunately sometime throughout the day yesterday (November 5th) it again had died. I did purchase the warranty so I will be taking advantage of that but I will not be spending more money on this particular brand. This should last more than 90days.

Perfect
Very cool, looking forward to using it camping when we have no service. We bought the EF ECOFLOW Solar Generator RIVER 2 with 110W Portable Solar Panel, 256Wh LFP Battery, Fast Charging, Portable Power Station for Home Backup Power, Camping, & RVs to go with it so if we don't have the vehicle to charge it or a wall outlet then we can use the sun with the solar panel. Can't wait to use it.It also takes Lithium batteries.Arrived fast and earlier then expected date to Saskatchewan Canada
