Is this 100% acetone? Just like if you were buying it for industrial uses.

No this is not %100 pure acetone and the seller even confirms that when answering another question. 100% acetone is anhydrous and this product is not. This is not suitable for any application that requires lab grade acetone.

Does this product remove dip powder nail polish ?

That’s what I used it for. I had to really scrape the dip off my nails. It’s much faster to go to the nail salon.

Will this remove acrylic nails?

Well in my experience when I’ve had my acrylics removed they had me soak my nails in acetone so I believe that’s all you need to do. And this product is great compared to cheap store bought ones. I personally would give it a try.

How do you dispose of this acetone? Can you put tissues with the acetone in the trash and can you pour what you've used down the sink? Is this safe?

Don't pour it down the sink! Acetone is very bad for PVC pipes. And the enviroment. The best way to dispose of it is to get some kitty litter or if you have a cat some you will be throwing out anyway and pour it on that until absorbed than put it into a paper bag and throw it in the trash.
