This is an expensive tea set for a kid, but grandma caved because this set is just too cute. As other reviewers have said, set arrived in 2 different packages on 2 different days. Not a big deal. Both times all pieces were protected in form-fitting styrofoam, arrived damage-free, and both packages arrived well before delivery date shown during checkout. Colors are beautiful. All pieces are very breakable of course, so coaching kids to be gentle and careful during tea parties will be necessary. Also, the lid on teapot easily flops off everytime pot is tilted to pour, so training young server to keep their finger on the lid while pouring is immediate goal. Teapot holds 12 ounces. Teacup holds 3 ounces. I especially love that there are no nooks or crannies inside the teapot or teacups that will trap moisture, as I have seen in pictures of other sets while I was shopping around. I think the set is adorable. Grandkid thrilled. The thing that would have made it better is if the set also included saucers for the cups. Then I wouldn't have winced so much at the price. The set includes 1 teapot, 4 teacups. That's it. No saucers. No plates.

I ordered this product because it was supposed to be the teapot and 4 cups but only received the teapot and 1 cup. I was informed the other 3 cups would be sent separately in 3 to 7days but still have not received the other 3 cups
