OUTXE Phone Ring Holder Compatible with Magsafe for iPhone 12 13 14 Pro/Max/Mini, Removable and Wireless Charging

I really like this product, I lost my first one and ordered a 2nd. I’ve had my 2nd one for just almost a year, and it has worked great until last week. The magnets is still strong but the stand just started failing and is no longer functional as a stand. It’s not stiff enough to stay when using it as a stand and the loop now just flaps loosely.

Just got this item. I have an Andobil; the best; IMHO. Not the 'prettiest'. But wicked adhesion and double sided magnet. Just got a new pretty case so wanted a 'pretty' one ...my initial thoughts on this one are: it's much prettier and has a more comfortable ring... the ring is a gunmetal color; and there is a silver 'stripe' around it. The very big issue is that the ring is extremely loose... and I JUST put it on my phone... seems to have decent magnetic adhesion; but whoa; that ring is loose. I also wanted one that spun in the middle; and not on the bottom of the case. This one also does that. Now if the ring doesn't break; I'll be very happy! To be edited... will update!

I have got a full refund after reporting below issues. They have a good customer support and communicated very well regarding my problem. Note that any magnetic grip you can buy in the market may have first and second issue, so it is not specific to this manufacturer. Here is what I had:1- Most importantly, having a magnetic as a grip is not reliable. This might be a general comment about all magnetic grips that Apple started the trend; but basically you cannot relay on the grip to hold you phone; specially if your phone is heavy like mine. You may drop your phone with a little shake.2- It is heavy.3- The hinge of the ring becomes loose (loses the friction) after a while and it will hang free and you may not use it to put the phone in angle on the table.

I wanted to add a caveat to my review: OUTXE has amazing customer service! After I wrote the review they reached out to me to find out how they could help and how to resolve the issue. I have bought several other items from OUTXE and have always had excellent service - and the products are excellent. The ring for the phone is great to steady the phone - the most that can be asked for a magnet... it's just not the same as one that is stuck to the case with an adhesive.I use mine to steady my camera BUT… it can’t be counted on to help you not drop your phone like a regular ring. The magnet is strong when you are just resting it in your hand - and is a great kickstand… but if you turn your phone at all when your finger is in the ring it pops off. It is perfectly understandable why this happens (that’s how you take it off) … just saying … if you are used to a ring that uses an adhesive where you can spin your phone while taking a shot… you can drop your phone.

This product has great potential!I love the fact this works great with Mag-Safe compatible case and it is strong enough to stay on even when I give strong pull.At first the ring was tight enough to stay in any angle that I like to put it to hold my phone on table, however after 2weeks or so, it got so loose that it just flops open and close and it never stays in angle that I like....I wish they use some sort of screw or something that can be re-tighten so that even if it gets loose, I have option to re-tighten...Love the product, but I would not buy another one just to make it last for 2 weeks....Update: Joyce from the manufacture has contacted to offer a replacement. It turns out, the replacement also worked for about 2 weeks, but got same symptom of getting very loose.I have reported back to her that this is probably the nature of the design, and nothing can be done.After few month, Joyce has informed me of new revised product that she want me to try.I have gotten the newly designed product, and so far, this product has been working great!Much tighter construction, and provides much more flexibility in usage.Also, this new model has even lower profile than the previous model which works great with some of my iphone holders.I would give more than 5 star on their customer service, and with new product, I think its safe to give 5 stars as well.

I purchased this product several times over the past few years, and each time I received a product with bi directional magnetic adhesion, meaning magnets on the side that will adhere to your phone case, and magnetic adhesion on the back of the product for it to adhere to my magnetic car Mount . Perhaps it has plastic now where it previously had metal plate, not sure. But the product I just received ( purchased three because I know they go bad after a few months ) is different than the ones I purchased in past. Same item, same brand, but it will no longer adhere to my magnetic car mount. So these three I just purchased are probably going to be returned to Amazon. I find it quite frustrating that I would get a product that is designed differently when I click the BUY it again button. I should’ve received the exact same product, but I apparently did not. I purchased three of these prior to purchasing this purchase. I like using this product in but it’s getting expensive. They work well for the first 4-6 weeks, but after that the ring becomes very sloppy and week and can no longer be used as a phone stand. I’d like to continue buying this product but no addition to my magnetic car mount is a dealbreaker for me.

Die Ringhalterung tut was sie soll, ganz ohne Zweifel. Die magnetische Kraft mit der diese hält ist jedoch für meinen Geschmack zu niedrig. Etwas Gegendruck wenn man den Ring als Halterung am Finger verwendet und die Ringhalterung löst sich. Da ich das aber selten mache ist das für mich weniger relevant. Als Aufsteller passt es mit recht gut, der Winkel könnte etwas steiler sein, aber es ist so ausreichend.MagSafe Wandhalterungen kann man auch mit dem Ring am Handy verwenden, das finde ich ganz angenehm, auch wenn der Ring manchmal dann an der Wand verbleibt weil die Magnete der Wandhalterung deutlich stärker sind als die der Ringhalterung. Im der Hosentasche hat sich die Halterung aber noch nie abgelöst, ist da also ausreichend fest.Die Verarbeitung ist zufriedenstellend. Die Lackierung könnte robuster sein, ist aber ausreichend. Der Ring wird mit der Zeit lockerer, aber das Problem lässt sich kaum umgehen, kenne zumindest keine Ringhalterung bei der dies nicht der Fall ist. Habe die Halterung nun ein paar Wochen im täglichen Einsatz und es funktioniert noch alles sehr gut.

Hält leider nicht an den Lüftungsschlitzen, aber man kann es ja noch ankleben. Dieser Magnet ist nicht so stark wie gezeigt, mal sehen ob es das IPhone 13 während der Fahrt hält.

Die Qualität und Preisleistungsverhältniss passt zu 100% es fällt nicht ab man muss nicht kleben also somit kann man es bei anderen Handyhüllen eben so nutzen es sieht optisch sehr schön aus und ist ein hingucker

An sich bin ich zufrieden mit dem Haltering. Allerdings ist er nun nach 1 Monat lose weswegen das Handy auch nicht mehr steht. Nicht langfristig haltbar. Bin super enttäuscht, weil er mir sehr gefallen hat bisher
