A 2.4 oz tube should last about a month on a full set of dentures. You will know when it is no longer good when it starts to look different such as being watery or dried up. As long as you store it in the proper temperature you should run out of Poligrip long before it goes bad. With that said most people use way too much of this adhesive. It doesn't take much at all. A very thin line is enough to last 12 hours.
