Abdominal Binder

Love this product. Unlike others I have tried, this one is easy to wear whilst sitting or laying down and easy to put on, the three straps make this easy. Very good quality materials, seems very durable and fits very well since you can adjust to your size easily with the three straps. Its effective too- when I take it off I notice a difference in my tummy instantly with lasting results, I am now over 3weeks postpartum(vaginal delivery) and my tummy is almost flat, I can see below my tummy with light push on my tummy!

This was a game changer! If you have had a c section I would definitely buy this. So effective in supporting the core - it was as good as painkillers, if not better, in helping me move around. I went from being doubled over when walking, to standing upright and managing stairs when wearing this. I wish I had this first time round. It really feels like it holds everything together. It is super soft and subtle under clothing. The three straps allowed size adjustment as abdominal girth changes so much in the postpartum days. Yes you may only need it for a few weeks, but I think it is worth every penny.

Too big if fit size 6-10 pre pregnancy

I found this product really helpful postpartum. It is an abdominal support not a waist trainer which was exactly what I wanted. The fabric is soft and flexible and holds tight without being constrictive. It does tend to roll down especially if you’re seated for a long period. The size is quite big so if you have a petite frame, this will not work for very long. After 2 weeks I have reached the tightest setting with minimal use, so although I’m delighted at the progress, I would have wanted the option of going smaller- especially for the price. There are some points to raise, which are true for me but may not affect everyone. I had very severe edema after labour and found that wearing this belt made it worse and harder to shift the fluid. Ended up using the belt intermittently- a few hours each day. The belt also affected my blood pressure which would be very high when the belt was on and quickly went down after taking off the belt. Again, this was my experience and may not happen to anyone else. All in all with a good balance of wear I am very impressed with the item and would recommend for “larger” women (size 18 - 12). Would have liked it to snatch further but the support for your back and tummy is incredible. Slightly overpriced but also happy to support the brand.

I bought this following DIEP breast reconstruction and it was perfect. So much easier and more comfortable than control underwear following this type of surgery.

This post partum waist support band fits really well, it’s very sturdy, stays in place all day, is very comfy, doesn’t dig in and doesn’t lose its tightness as the day goes on. I felt very supported wearing this after my c section. Very easy to put on and to adjust to your preference. Would recommend

I was disappointed with this product. The quality is great, it’s really well made, the fabric is nice, it feels soft and stretchy, it was comfortable when I tried it on. However, I couldn’t ever get it tight enough around my middle to get the kind of back support I needed. Perhaps because I am more on the petite side, it just felt way too loose even on the tightest setting. I think they should make it in different sizes instead of one size fits all.

I love Frida products, however this one could do with a miss for me. Something to consider is that we are all shaped differently, so maybe my torso is too long? This profuct definately helped support my back, but once I start moving around it would ride up and the bottom of the belt would rub against where my cesarian incision is. So I'd take it off, a miss from Frida for me on this occasion. But definately a fan of this comoanies other products.

Product is more comfortable

Ordered 2 binders. One came in a torn box (see pic) binder unwrapped in plastic wrapping. The other arrived wrapped in sealed plastic but there’s tiny stain (see pic).
