As a mobile phone user I found the phone quite easy to use but found it wasnt as easy as it could be. I bought the phone for my very none technical mother and from word go she had problems receiving incomiing and out going calls. To be fair we never actually got to the cause of this and not 100% sure it was the phone.. However, whatever you wanted to do with this phone you were given too many option for mum to cope with.With mum living 80 miles away I didnt want her worrying about the phone so bought her a DORO 6620 and what a difference this phone is. If you want to take a photo you press the button with the camera on it and press again to take photo. if you want message you press the button with the Envelope and it takes you directly to messages if your looking to read an incoming message you just press read. unlike the Uleway where you only see a couple of words of your message and then have to scroll down to read. it has ICE, TALKING Buttons options, emergency calling button with gps. far far better than this phone.

Easy to understand. My husband is not technological, so doesn’t use it, but I’m sure he could if necessary. Leaves all the phoning, etc to me!

Bought for my dad who is in his 90s and was used to a land land. This was the closest I could get, he has almost got it sussed!Buttons are good and easy to use

The only good thing about this is the button size, the rest of it is terrible.There seems to be some weird time lag going on, because even when thereis a full signal texts stick for a few moments. It often says system failed and thenthe texts completely vanish as if they had never been created, not saved to resendbut gone. Often it does not connect to a call, either incoming or outgoing, and then,a while later the device called rings and there is nobody there due to mobile callhaving been cut! Completely bizarre, have never had a phone that ever did this.It seems to freeze sometimes after being switched off, the screen is black with weird tinyletters on it, the only way to get rid of this is to take the battery out and put it back in again.Callers have told me that sometimes my voice seems to turn robotic sounding on it too andhave to cut call and try again.Do not recommend it one little bit.

I bought this for my elderly relative as it specified it was easy-to-use and good for 'seniors'. I set it up for her and showed her how to use it, but it's really not that user-friendly for someone that isn't used to the old-school mobile phone. She couldn't even unlock the phone as it requires speed and dexterity to press two buttons in quick succession. As for scrolling through menus, and sending text messages using the three letters to one button keyboard, she was never going to get the hang of that. She would have found a smart phone easier to use. Unfortunately it's now too late to send it back for a refund.

Nice and light. The torch is a nice feature, sound quality is good. Good size too. Not the easiest to use for an elderly person. Menus not instinctive, and the contacts not easy to navigate.Only worked for 1 day before the screen went white, and couldn’t be rectified so phone returned.
