I wear readers, and I have the unfortunate ability that I can never find my glasses when I need them. Buying this set of glasses, all 6 separate pairs of reading glasses, should last me for quite a while. Especially since each pair of glasses come with a case of its own, 2 string attaches, and a cleaning cloth. If I don’t want to use the case for the glasses, I can easily use the sturdy frame to hold my glasses on my work shirt. I usually don’t lose them if I do this. I have yet to have any problems with the tiny screw that is hidden up in the corner of the hinge.What I mostly enjoy about my new glasses, is that they are really comfortable to wear. They are comprised of unbreakable blue light blocking, and are really good for looking at my phone, or my computer, without a strain on my eyes. I noticed that if I end up with any problems, it is usually scratching the lens. On to the next pair. I really love these glasses because they rarely have a problem, or become uncomfortable. They are just all-around great glasses. They even look great on my wife, who conveniently needs them when we are dining. I should be having, and happily wearing my durable, sturdy, and skin-friendly glasses until I have a change in my prescription.

They fit well, they’re comfortable, they are all plastic (including the lenses), and therefore don’t have any pieces that will bend or become malformed and end up scratching my nose. They slip easily in my pant pocket and have yet to get scratched. For this value, I can leave a few around the house, one in the kitchen, one near my keys, etc. I’ve yet to purchase the same glasses when previous pairs have broken, or I’ve needed a new strength, because I like to always see if there’s a better fit out there. These, however, will likely be repurchased, due to the high value and comfort. Vision performance is just fine for me as well. I did have to tighten the screws after a few days of receiving and wearing them, but have not had to do so since then (about 1 month). I just went ahead and tightened all of them while I was at it. All in all, these could be considered disposable, but that’s only because they’re so inexpensive. The quality is perfect for my purposes which is everyday use—being able to read small print, reading my phone, and computer time.

If you are looking for a stylish great pair of readers these are for you. The price point is very good but just be aware they are not totally unbreakable. Although they are very durable depending on where you store them they may break fairly easy. I was looking for a pair of durable readers to put in my pocket During the day instead of them balancing on my head. Sometimes when I bend down they will be sitting in the wrong position and break at the center of the arch for your nose.I will say if you were looking for a great pair of readers and don't need to keep them in your pocket these are for you.

As I've gotten older, I find I need reading glasses more and more. I can usually read a book or work on the computer without them but text is definitely much clearer and pleasant to read with them on. Fine print without reading glasses is a lost cause.For that reason, I keep several pairs around. A couple around the house in different places, one pair at work, etc. No matter how many sets I buy, I always find more places where I need one. I don't like carrying them in my pocket because my pockets are always full. I also tend to stick them in my pockets without a protective pouch, which means the lenses get scratched.My strategy is to buy lots of inexpensive glasses and keep them all over the place. So far these are the least expensive pairs I've bought, and they work fine. I put a spare set in my car, another in my motorcycle/hiking backpack, a pair in my garage tool box, and so on. Because they're so inexpensive, I don't have to worry about them laying around, and I can always buy more if I need them.So far they've worked fine. The lenses are clear, they magnify well enough (I only use a 1.0 diopter but it makes a HUGE difference), and they're very compact. No idea if they will be durable or not, but I find that reading glasses tend to last me a while. Usually a fall onto a concrete floor kills them at around the 2 year mark. I don't know if the frames get brittle or what, but I've had 2 pairs of another style of glasses break within a week of one another after being dropped.These show no sign of breaking but I haven't had them very long. Still, if I manage to get 2 years out of them, I'll be satisfied. I now have enough pairs of glasses that I can keep them every place I might need them, with a pair or two to spare.These are inexpensive, disposable glasses that you can afford to not worry about. For that purpose, they are an excellent value and do a good job.

I bought these almost a year ago. They do exactly what they’re supposed to do…. They are more durable than other glasses, but they’re not “unbreakable”. Of the 6 pair, I’ve broken 4 pair after dropping them several times (when not being used, I just place them on my head, so they tend to fall off the back of my head when I tilt my head up).I’ve ordered more, as they fit great, look great, and work great. I’m probably a little more rough on them, but at this price, it’s not a big deal.

The tops of the hinge supports will break unless treated with kid gloves. There is no "give" in the design of the hinges and the design of the hinge supports is flimsy.

Nice clear view. Already broke one pair carrying in my front pocket. So don't carry them there. Enough pairs to spread around to the desk, bed, den, truck, and pocket.
