This is an awesome cooktop. Had to replace the GE one that came with the house. Price is great and it's very attractive. It was easy to install and easy to use. It has a lock feature for kids safety as well as when you are cleaning which insures the burners aren't accidentally turned on. You do have to be careful not to slide pans across surface so as not to scratch surface but all glass top units are like this.recommend. It is super slim and looks great. We've had for more than a month and it still looks great. Highly recommemd.

Aproximadamente llevo usándola 3 semanas y está funcionando muy bien. Tuve que invertir en una nueva ya que la anterior era marca Kenmore y no tenía el marco alrededor para protegerla y se quebró al levantarla para limpiarla. Una de las razones por la que la compré es que esta si tiene el marco alrededor para evitar se quiebre. Tengo 2 preocupaciones: #1- No pude ponerle SEGURO DE PROTECCIÓN porque en Puerto Rico no califica. Estoy acostumbrada a ponerle ese seguro ya que Sears me lo permite. Deben considerar esa opción. Y # 2- Hace un ruido extraño y no entiendo porque ya que con las anteriores no pasaba eso de escuchar ese extraño sonido. Espero no tener ningún problema y ese ruido no sea nada malo. De lo contrario estoy contenta con la compra.

This is a very nice top. Switches are sturdy and sealed underneath. There's an adhesive felt strip that goes around under the edge of the glass. Very well packaged.

Don't let the low price concern you. Very happy with this Jessier cooktop. The price is so low I was expecting something cheap looking. This is great looking and works very well. This will be the company I use for further purchase. Fast shipping and easy install

I recently purchased the Jessier Electric Cooktop, and I must express my disappointment with both the product and the customer service. The advertising suggested(even in the pictures) that this cooktop could be used safely as a countertop or built-in unit, which is what drew me to it. However, after my husband added legs (which were not included hence contacting customer service) from a previously owned cooktop—believing it was safe as per your description—we were informed that this was actually unsafe.This misleading information is not only frustrating but potentially dangerous. It’s unacceptable to market a product that could put users at risk, and the lack of clear guidance or support from your team only adds to my dissatisfaction.Throwing away a product that should have been safe, coupled with an insulting $20 gift card, feels like a slap in the face for a serious oversight. I genuinely believe that you should reevaluate how this product is advertised to avoid putting anyone else in harm's way.I urge others to reconsider before purchasing this cooktop. Safety should always come first, and it’s disheartening to see it overlooked here.
