Item was received in good condition. instructions were easy to follow. The item looks just like the OEM part but is $300 cheaper!!

I installed these on my 2018 Renegade.The two pages of instructions only included metric measurements to cut the rain "pimp," and low quality BW illustrations. It was a considerable task almost as difficult as assembling a BBQ Grill without any instructions at all. I threw those away and watched a Youtube video.This helped and I decided to use the provided rubber lay-ins as a guide. (Photo #4) Also, as a suggestion from the video I used thicker stainless steel #12x3/4" Dia. washers from a local hardware store because the 7x18mm (as measured) supplied warped and bent.One of the screw caps was missing and I haven't found a replacement. (Photos #1 & 3)There was no list of parts in the instructions. And, I did not notice the missing part until both rails were installed.I did give a 5 star rating for sturdiness. The rails seemed to be constructed of high quality aluminum; The supports and rubber lay-ins fit well with minor modifications. I had to cut the rear guide pins because they did not fit the OEM Slots. (Note: I bought my vehicle used there may have been body shift from previous repairs Photo #5)I am upgrading this to Four Stars. On Dec 30 i received an entire hardware pack from the supplier. It included the missing part. Installation was in a few seconds complete and compared to OEM it looks and performs wonderfully. The only issue is the instructions. I am working on taht to make it easier for other customers. It may take awhile because my work schedule is pretty hectic.

The media could not be loaded.  I try to buy some mopar roof rail and 2 dealer ship told me there were no roof rail for the Jeepster version, that got me upset because I asked that to the seller and he said, I could put them after market. I also ask seller on eBay and here and finally found this one,, the price is good so it try it, I’m a single mom that works in a pharmacy the instructions were not bad but, you need to cut in the plastic and I didn’t knew how so I pay a company to put it, I didn’t went to the dealer. One person in the dealer told me it will mess up the airbags 🙄 when u take the plastic liner the holes for the roof rail are there it won’t mess up anything. The only thing is the people that put them didn’t lock one of the caps for the screws and I lost it while driving so I’m going to try to find new ones.

Keep the instructions only for purposes of the measurements needed for cutting, find yourself a youtube video to watch, and be sure to have a metric tape measurer or an app ready to help convert cm to inches. We struggled with the first rail due to the horrendous instructions. Once we got that figured out we did the other rail in 15 minutes. It is a shame this company can't put together some instructions that make sense, because at the end of the day, these are not hard to install. Once installed, the rails look fantastic and are really nice quality!!

Our package was delayed and did not come with instructions. The material is flimsy and the stops for the top do not fit flush in the holes. Incredibly complicated to put on, especially when trying to do so WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS. Cheap, flimsy washers that do not do the job. Overall a poor product

As others have said, the directions are mostly worthless. I finally figured it out but after a few trial and error runs. Watch the video- I didnt think of youtube but others have found it helpful. You have to cut the only liner at certain intervals to ensure rain stays out of the channels. Its tricky- make you have a good utility knife and I would recommend better washers too. I used the ones it came with the bent while tightening them. Looks great once installed- also, there are two smaller screws that bolt the rails down. Those two screws go in the front. If you get this wrong, you'll have to take apart and reinstall the rail (unfortunately, I did this twice!).
